dharm aur adharm ko chho do. saty aur asaty ko bhi tyag do aur un donoan ka tyag karake jisake dvara tyag karate ho, usako bhi tyag do. sukalp ke tyag dvara dharm ko aur lipsa ke abhav dvara adharm ko bhi tyag do. phir buddhi ke dvara saty aur asaty ka tyag karake paramatattv ke nishchay dvara buddhi ko bhi tyag do| yah sharir panchabhooto ka ghar hai. isamean haddiyoan ke khanbhe lage haian. yah nas-nadi़yoan se bandha hua, rakt-maans se lipa hua aur cham de se madha hua hai. isamean mal-mootr bhara hai, jisase durgandh ati rahati hai. yah budhapa aur shok se vyapt, rogoan ka ghar, duahkharoop, rajogun roopi dhool se dhaka hua or anity hai; atah tumhean isaki asakti ko tyag dena chahiye. yah sampoorn charachar jagath panchamahabhootoan se utpann hua hai. isaliye mahabhoot svaroop hi hai. jo sharir se pare hai, vah mahattattv arthath buddhi, paanch sookshm mahabhoot arthath tanmatraean, paanch pran tatha sattv adi gun- in satrah tattvoan ke samuday ka nam avyakt hai. inake sath hi indriyoan ke paanch vishay arthath sparsh, shabd, roop, ras, aur gandh evan man aur ahankar- in sampoorn vyaktavyakt ko milane se chaubis tattvoan ka samooh hota hai, use vyaktavyaktamay samuday kaha gaya hai. in sab tattvoan se jo sanyukt hai, use purush kahate haian. jo purush narm, arth, kam, sukh-duahkh aur jivan-maran ke tattv ko thik-thik samanta hai, vahi utpatti aur pralay ke tattv ko bhi yatharth roop se janata hai. jnan ke sambandh mean jitani batean haian, unhean parampara se janana chahiye. jo padarth indriyoan dvara grahan kiye jate haian, unhean vyakt kahate haian aur jo indriyoan ke agochar hone ke karan anuman se jane jate haian, unako avyakt kahate haian. jinaki indriyaan apane vash mean hean, ve jiv usi prakar tript ho jate hean, jaise varsha ki dhara se pyasa manushy. jnani purush apane ko praniyoan mean vyapt aur praniyoan ko apane mean sthit dekhate haian. us paravaradarshi jnani purush ki jnanamoolak shakti kabhi nasht nahian hoti. jasampoorn bhootoan ko siai avasthaoan mean sada dekha karata hai, vah sampoorn praniyoan ke sahavas mean akar bhi kabhi ashubh karmoan se yukt nahian hota arthath ashubh karm nahian karata. jo aan ke bal se mohajanit nana prakar ke kleshoan se par haan gaya hai, usake liye jagath mean bauddhik prakash se koee bhi lok-vyavahar ka marg avaruddh nahian hota. moksh ke upay ko janane vale bhagavanh narayan kahate haian ki adi- ant se rahit, avinashi, bakartaaur nirakar jivatma is sharir mean sthit hai. jo jiv apane hi kiye hue vibhinn karmoan ke karan sada duahkhi rahata hai, vahi us duahkh ka nivaran karane ke liye nana prakar ke praniyoan ki hatya karata hai. tadanantar vah aur bhi bahut-se naye-naye karm karata hai aur jaise rogi apathy khakar duahkh pata hai, usi prakar us karm se vah adhikadhik kasht pata rahata hai. jo moh se andha (vivekashoony) ho gaya hai, vah sada hi duahkhad bhogoan mean hi sukhabuddhi kar leta hai aur mathani ki bhaanti karmoan se bandhata evan matha jata hai. phir prarabdh karmoan ke uday hone par vah baddh prani karm ke anusar janm pakar sansar mean nana prakar ke duahkh bhogata hooa usamean chakr ki bhaanti ghoomata rahata hai. isaliye tum karmoan se nivritt, sab prakar ke bandhanoan se mukt, sarvajn, sarvavijayi, siddh aur saansarik bhavana se rahit ho jao. bahut se jnani purush sanyam aur tapasya ke val se navin bandhanoan ka uchchhed karake anant sukh dene vali abadh siddhi ko prapt ho chuke haian.
