dhh‍yan ke sahayak yog, unake phal aur sat prakar ki dharanaoan ka varnan tatha saankhh‍y evan yog ke anusar jnan dvara moksh ki prapti

vh‍yas ji kahate haian– vath‍s! manushh‍y jis prakar doobata-utarata hua jal ke pravah mean bahata rahata hai aur yadi sanyogavash koee nauka mil gayi to usaki sahayata se par lag jata hai, usi prakar sansar-sagar mean doobata-utarata hua manav yadi is sankat se mukh‍t hona chahe to use jnanaroopi nauka ka ashray lena chahiye. jinh‍hean buddhi dvara tattv ka poorn nishh‍chay ho gaya hai, ve dhir purush apani jnan nauka dvara doosare ajnaniyoan ko bhi bhavasagar se par kar dete haian, parantu jo ajnani haian ve n to doosaroan ko tar sakate haian aur n apana hi kisi prakar uddhar kar pate haian.

samahitachith‍t muni ko chahiye ki vah hriday ke rag adi doshoan ko nashh‍t karake yog mean sahayata pahuanchane vale desh, karm, anurag, arth, upay, apay, nishh‍chay, chakshushh, ahar, sanhar, man aur darshan in barah yogoan ka ashray le dhh‍yanayog ka abhh‍yas kare[1] jo uttam jnan praph‍t karana chahata ho, use buddhi ke dvara man aur vani ko jitana chahiye tatha jo apane dvara man aur vani ko jitana chahiye tatha jo apane liye shanti chahe, use jnan dvara buddhi ko paramath‍ma mean niyantrit karana chahiye.

  1. dhh‍yanayog ke sadhak ko aise sh‍than par asan lagana chahiye, jo samatal aur pavitr ho. nirjan van, gupha aisa hi koee ekanh‍t sh‍than hi dhh‍yan ke liye upayogi hota hai. aiese sh‍than par asan lagane ko desh yog kahate haian. ahar-vihar, cheshh‍ta, sona aur jagana- ye sab parimit aur niyamanukool hone chahiye. yahi karmanamak yog hai. paramath‍ma evan usaki prapti ke sadhanoan mean tivr anurag rakhana anuragayog kahalata hai. keval avashh‍yak samagri ko hi rakhana arthayog hai. dhh‍yanopayogi asan se baithana upay yog hai. sansar ke vishayo aur sage-samh‍bandhiyoan se asakti tatha mamata hata lene ko apayayog kahate haian. guru aur vedashash‍tr ke vachanoan par vishh‍vas rakhane ka nam nishh‍chayayog hai. chakshu ko nasika ke agrabhag par sthir karana chakshuyog hai. shuddh aur sattvik bhojan ka nam hai aharayog. vishayoan ki or hone vali man-indriyoan ki sh‍vabhavik pravritti ko rokana sanharayog kahalata hai. man ko sankalh‍p-vikalh‍p se rahit karake ekagr karana manoyog hai. janh‍m, mrith‍yu, jara aur rog adi hone ke samay mahanh du:kh aur doshoan ka vairagh‍yapoorvak darshan karana darshanayog hai. jise yog ke dvara siddhi praph‍t karani ho, use in barah yogoan ka avashh‍y avalamh‍ban karana chahiye.
