vibhinh‍n aangoan se pranoan ke uth‍kraman ka phal tatha mrith‍yu soochak lakshanoan ka varnan aur mrith‍yu ko jitane ka upay

yajnavalh‍kh‍yaji kahate haian — nareshh‍var! deh-th‍yag ke samay manushh‍y ke jin-jin aangoan se nikalakar pran jin-jin oordhh‍valokoan mean jate haian, unake vishay mean bata raha hooan; tum savadhan hokar suno. pairoan ke marg se pranoan ke uth‍kraman karane par manushh‍y ko bhagavanh vishh‍nu ke paramadham ki prapti hoti batayi jati hai. jisake pran donoan pinh‍daliyoan ke marg se bahar nikalate haian, vah vasu nam devataoan ke lok mean jata hai; aisa hamane sun rakh‍kha hai. ghutanoan se pranath‍yag karane par mahabhag sadhh‍y-devataoan ke lokoan ki prapti hoti hai. jisake pran gudamarg se nikal kar oopar ki or jate haian, vah mitr devata ke uth‍tam sh‍than ko pata hai. kati ke agrabhag se pran nikalane par prithh‍vilok ki aur donoan jaanghoan se nikalane par prajapati lok ki prapti hoti hai. donoan pasaliyoan se pranoan ka nishh‍kraman ho to marooth namak devataoan ki nabhi se ho to inh‍drapad ki, donoan bhujaoan se ho to bhi inh‍dr pad ki hi aur vaksh:sh‍thal se ho to rudralok ki prapti hoti hai. griva se pranoan ka nishh‍kraman hone par manushh‍y muniyoan mean shreshh‍th param uth‍tam naraka saannidhh‍y praph‍t karata hai. mukh se pranath‍yag karane par vah vishh‍vedevoan ko aur shrotr se pran th‍yagane par dishaoan ki adhishh‍thatri deviyoan ko praph‍t hota hai. nasika se pranoan ka uth‍kraman ho to manushh‍y vayudevata ko, donoan netroan se ho to agni devata ko, donoan bhauanhoan se ho to ashvini kumaroan ko aur lalat se ho to pitaroan ko praph‍t hota hai. mash‍tak se pranoan ka parith‍yag karane par manushh‍y devataoan ke agraj bhagavanh brahmaji ke lok ko jata hai. mithileshh‍var! ye pranoan ke nishh‍kraman ke sh‍than bataye gaye haian. ab maian jnani purushoan dvara niyat kiye hue amangal athava mrith‍yu ko soochit karane vale un chihroan ka varnan karata hooan, jo dehadhari ke sharir chhootane mean keval ek varsh shesh rah jane par usake samane prakat hote haian. jo kabhi pahale ki dekhi huee arundhati aur dhruv ko n dekh pata ho tatha poornachanh‍drama ka manh‍dal aur dipak ki shikha jise dahine bhag se khandit jan pade, aise log keval ek varsh tak jivit rahane vale hote haian. prithh‍vinath! jo log doosare ke netroan mean apani parachhaee n dekh sakean, unaki ayu bhi ek hi varsh tak shesh samajhani chahiye. yadi manushh‍y ki bahut badhi-chadhi kanti bhi ath‍yanh‍t phiki p d jay, adhik buddhimath‍ta bhi buddhihinata mean parinat ho jay aur sh‍vabhav mean bhari ulat-pher ho jay to yah usake chh: mahine ke bhitar hi hone vali mrith‍yu ka soochak hai. jo kale rang ka hokar bhi pila p dane lage, devataoan ka anadar kare aur brahmanoan ke sath virodh kare, vah bhi chh: mahine se adhik nahian ji sakata, yah ukh‍t lakshanoan se soochit hota hai. jo manushh‍y soory aur chanh‍drama ke manh‍dal ko mak di ke jale ke saman chhidrayukh‍t dekhata hai, vah sat rat mean hi mrith‍yu ka bhagi hota hai. jo dev mandir mean baithakar vahaan ki sugandhit vash‍tu mean s de murde ki-si durganh‍dh ka anubhav karata hai, vah sat din mean hi mrith‍yu ko praph‍t ho jata hai. nareshh‍var! jisake nak aur kan tedhe ho jayan, daant aur netroan ka rang big d jay, jise behoshi hone lage, jisaka sharir thanda p d jay aur jisaki bayian aankh se akash‍math aansoo bahane aur mash‍tak se dhuaan uthane lage, usaki tath‍kal mrith‍yu ho jati hai. uparyukh‍t lakshan tath‍kal hone vali mrith‍yu ke soochak haian. in mrith‍yusoochak lakshanoan ko janakar man ko vash mean rakhane vala sadhak rat-din paramath‍ma ka dhh‍yan kare aur jis samay mrith‍yu hone vali ho,

us kal ki pratiksha karata rahe. nareshh‍var! yadi yogi ko mrith‍yu abhishh‍t n ho, abhi vah is jagath mean rahana chahe to yah kriya kare. poorvokh‍t riti se panchabhoot vishayak dharana karake prithh‍vi adi tath‍voan par vijay praph‍t karate hue samh‍poorn ganh‍dhoan, rasoan tatha roop adi vishayoan ko apane vash mean kare[1]. narashreshh‍th! saankhh‍y aur yog ke anusar dharana- poorvak ath‍matath‍v ka jnan praph‍t karake dhh‍yan yog ke dvara anh‍tarath‍ma ko paramath‍ma mean laga dene se yogi mrith‍yu ko jit leta hai aisa karane se vah us sanatan pad ko praph‍t karata hai, jo ashuddh chittavale purushoan ko durlabh hai tatha jo akshay,ajanh‍ma,achal,avikari, poorn eanv kalh‍yanamay hai.
