vishayasevan se hani, sath‍sang se labh aur brahmi vidya ka varnan

markanh‍dey ji kahate haian- raja yudhishthir! brahman ke is prakar poochhane par dharmavh‍yadh ne use jaisa uttar diya tha, vah sab sunata hooan, suno.

dharmavh‍yadh ne kaha- dvijashreshh‍th! indriyoan dvara kisi vishay ka jnan praph‍t karane ke liye sabase pahale manushh‍yoan ka man pravritt hota hai. us vishay ko praph‍t kar lene par man ka usake prati rag ya dvesh ho jata hai. jab kisi vishay mean rag hota hai, tab manushh‍y use pane ke liye prayath‍nashil hota hai aur usake liye b de-b de karyoan ka aramh‍bh karata hai. jab ve abhishh‍t roop, ganh‍dh adi vishay praph‍t ho jate haian, tab vah unaka baranbar sevan karata hai. unake sevan se vishayoan ke prati uth‍kat rag prakat hota hai. phir usaki pratikoolata mean dvesh hota hai; ananh‍tar abhishh‍t vash‍tu ke prati lobh ka pradurbhav hota hai. tath‍pachath buddhi par moh chha jata hai. is prakar lobh se akranh‍t aur rag-dvesh se pi dit manushh‍y ki buddhi dharm mean nahian lagati. yadi vah dharm karata bhi hai, to koee bahana lekar.

jo kisi bahane se dharmacharan karata hai, vah vash‍tav mean dharm ki a d lekar dhan chahata hai. dvijashreshh‍th! jab dharm ke bahane se dhan ki prapti hone lagati hai, tab usaki buddhi usi mean ram jati hai aur usake man mean pap ki ichh‍chha jag uthati hai. vipravar! jab use hitaishi mitr tatha vidvan purush aisa karane se rokate haian, tab vah usake samarthan mean ashash‍triy uttar dete hue bhi use ved pratipadit batata hai. rag roopi dosh ke karan usake dvara tin prakar ke adharm hone lagate haian-

  1. vah man se pap ka chinh‍tan karata hai.
  2. vani se pap ki bat bolata hai.
  3. kriya dvara bhi pap ka hi acharan karata hai.


is prakar adharm mean lag jane par usake sabhi achh‍chhe gun nashh‍t ho jate haian. vah apane hi jaise sh‍vabhav vale pap-parayan manushh‍yoan se mitrata sh‍thapit kar leta hai. us pap se is lok mean to du:kh hota hi hai, paralok mean bhi use b di vipatti bhogani p dati hai. is prakar manushh‍y papath‍ma ho jata hai. ab dharm ki prapti kaise hoti hai, isako mujhase suno. jo du:kh aur sukh ki vivechana mean kushal hai, vah apani buddhi se in vishayasamh‍banh‍dhi doshoan ko pahale hi samajh leta hai. at: unase door hatakar shreshh‍th purushoan ka sang karata hai aur us shreshh‍th sang se usaki buddhi dharm mean lag jati hai.

brahman bola- dharmavh‍yadh! tum dharm ke vishay mean b di madhur aur priy batean kah rahe ho. in batoan ko batane vala doosara koee nahian hai. mujhe to aisa jan p data hai ki tum koee divh‍y prabhav se samh‍pann mahanh rrishi hi ho.

dharmavh‍yadh ne kaha- brahmanh! mahabhag brahman aur pitar ye sada pratham bhojan ke adhikari mane gaye haian. at: buddhiman purush ko is lok mean sab prakar se unaka priy karana chahiye.
