yog aur saankhhy ke shvaroop ka varnan tatha athma jnan se mukti janak ne poochha- munishreshhth! apane ksharako anek roop aur akshar ko ekaroop bataya; kiantu in donoan ke tattv ka jo nirnay kiya gaya hai, use maian ab bhi sandeh ki drishtise hi dekhata hooan. nishhpap maharshe! jise ajnani purush (anek roopamean) aur jnani purush ek roop mean janate haian, us paramathma ka tathv maian apani shthool buddhi ke karan samajh nahian pata hooan. mere us kathan mean tanik bhi sanshay nahian hai. anagh! yadyip apane kshar aur akshar ko samajhane ke liye anek prakar ki yuktiyaan batayi haian tathapi meri buddhi asthir hone ke karan maian un sari yuktiyoan ko mano bhool gaya hooan. isaliye is nanathv aur ekathv–roop darshan ko maian pun: sunana chahata hooan. buddh (jnanavanh) khya hai? apratibuddh (jnanahin) khya hai? tatha buddhayaman (jney) khya hai? yah thik-thik bataiye. bhagavanh maian vidya, avidya, akshar aur kshar tatha saankhhy aur yog ko prithakh-prithakh poornaroop se samajhana chahata hooan. vasishhth ji ne kaha— maharaj! tum jo-jo batean poochh rahe ho, maian un sabaka bhali-bhaanti uthtar dooanga. is samay yogasamhbanhdhi krithy ka prithakh hi varnan kar raha hooan, suno. yogiyoan ke liye pradhan kartavhy hai dhhyan. vahi unaka param bal hai. yog ke vidvanh us dhhyan ko do prakar ka batalate haian— ek to man ki ekagrata aur doosara pranayam. pranayam ke bhi do bhed haian—sagun aur nirgun. inamean se jis pranayam mean man ka samhbanhdh sagun ke sath rahata hai, vah sagun pranayam hai aur jisamean man ka samhbanhdh nirgun ke sath rahata hai, vah nirgun pranayam hai. nareshhvar! malathyag, mootrathyag aur bhojan—in tin karyoan mean jo samay lagata hai, usamean yog ka abhhyas n kare. shesh samay mean tathparatapoorvak yog ka abhhyas karana chahiye. buddhimanh yogiko chahiye ki pavitr ho manake dvara shrotr adi indriyoan ko shabhd adi vishayoan se hatave evan baees[1] prakar ki preranaoan dvara us jararahit jivathma ko, jise manishi purushoan ne athmashvaroop bataya hai, chaubis tathvoan ke samudayaroop prakriti se pare param purush paramathma ki aur prerit kare. hamane gurujanoan ke mukh se suna hai ki jo log is prakar pranayam karate haian, ve sada hi parabrahm paramathma ke janane ke adhikari hote haian. jisaka man sada dhhyan mean sanlaghn rahata hai, aise yogi ke hi yoghy yah vrat hai anhyatha bahirmukh chittavale purush ke liye yah nahian hai. yah nishchitaroop se janana chahiye. yogi sab prakar ki asaktiyoan se mukht ho mitahari aur jitendriy bane tatha ratri ke pahale aur pichhale bhag mean man ko athma mean ekagr kare . |
