ath‍matath‍v ka aur buddhi adi prakrit padarthoan ka vivechan tatha usake sakshath‍kar ka upay

manu kahate haian- brihash‍pate! avinashi paramath‍ma se akash, akash se vayu, vayu se agni, agni se jal aur jal se yah prithh‍vi uth‍panh‍n huee hai. is prithh‍vi mean hi samh‍poorn parthiv jagath ki uth‍patti hoti hai. in poorvokh‍t shariroan ke sath (parthiv sharir ke bad) praniyoan ka jal mean lay hota hai; phir ve jal se agni mean, agni se vayu mean aur vayu se akash mean lin hote haian. akash se srishtikal mean phir ve poorvokh‍t kram se uth‍panh‍n hote hai; parantu jo jani haian, ve mokshash‍varoop paramath‍ma ko praph‍t ho jate hai. unaka pun: is sansar mean janh‍m nahian hota. vah paramath‍matath‍v n garm hai n shital, n komal hai n tikshh‍n, n khatata hai n kasaila, n mitha hai n tita. shabh‍d, ganh‍dh aur roop se bhi vah rahit hai. usaka sh‍varoop sabase uth‍krisht evan vilakshan hai. th‍vacha sh‍parsh ka, jihva ras ka, ghranendriy ganh‍dh ka, kan shabh‍d ka aur netr roop ka hi anubhav karate haian. ye indriyaan paramath‍ma ko prath‍yaksh nahian kar sakatian. adhh‍yath‍m jnan se hin manushh‍y paramath‍matath‍v ka anubhav nahian kar sakata. at: jo jihva ko ras se, nasika ko ganh‍dh se, kanoan ko shabh‍d se, th‍vacha ko sh‍parsh se aur netroan ko roop se hatakar anh‍tarmukhi bana leta hai, vahi apane moolash‍varoop paramath‍ma ka sakshath‍kar kar sakata hai.

m‍harshigan kahate haian jo karta jis karan se, jis phal ke udeshh‍y se, jis desh ya kal mean, jis priy ya apriy ke nimith‍t, jis rag ya dvesh se prabhavit ho pravritti marg ka ashray le jis karm ko karata haian, in sabake samuday ka jo karan haian, vahi sabaka sh‍varoopabhoot parabrahm paramath‍ma hai. shruti ke kathananusar jo vh‍yapak, vh‍yaph‍y aur unaka sadhan hai, jo sanpoorn lok mean sada hi sthit rahane vala kootash‍th, sabaka karan aur sh‍vayan hi sab kuchh karane vala hai, vahi param karan hai. usake siva jo kuchh hai, sab karyamatr hai. jis prakar agni se prajh‍valit dipak sh‍vayan prakashit hota hua pas mean sthit anh‍y vash‍tuoan ko bhi prakashit kar deta hai, usi prakar is shariraroop vriksh mean sthit paanch indriyaan chaitanh‍yaroopi jnan ke prakash se prakashit hokar vishayoan ko prakashit karati haian (unaka prakash chinh‍may prakash ke adhin hone ke karan ve paradhin hai. sh‍vat: prakash karane mean samarth nahian haian) jaise kisi raja ke dvara bhinh‍n-bhinh‍n karyo mean niyukh‍t kiye gaye bahut se manh‍tri apane prithakh-prithakh karyo ki janakari raja ko karate haian.

usi prakar shariroan mean sthit paanch jnanendriyaan apane-apane ekadeshiy vishay ka parichay rajash‍thaniy buddhi ko deti hai. jaianse mantriyoan se raja shreshth haian, usi prakar un paanchoan indriyoan se unaka pravartak vah jnan shreshth hai. jaise agni ki shikhaean, vayu ka veg, soory ki kiranean aur nadiyoan ka bahata hua jal ye sada ate-jate rahate haian, isi prakar dehadhariyoan ke sharir bhi avagaman ke pravah me p de hue haian. jaianse koee manushh‍y kulh‍ha di lekar lak di ko chire to usamean use n to ag dikhayi degi aur n dhuaan hi prakat hoga, usi prakar is sharir ka pet pha dane ya hath-pair katane se koee use nahian dekh pata, jo anh‍taryami ath‍ma sharir se bhinh‍n hai.[1]
