vanaprash‍th aur sanyas dharmoan ka varnan tatha himalay ke uttar parshh‍v mean sthit uth‍krisht lok ki vilakshanata evan mahatta ka pratipadan, bhrigu-bharadvaj sanvad ka upasanhar

bhrigu ji kahate haian- mune! tisare ashram vanaprash‍th ka palan karane vale manushh‍y dharm ka anusaran karate hue pavitr tirthoan mean, nadiyoan ke kinare, jharanoan ke asapas tatha mrig, bhaianse, sooar, sianh evan jangali hathiyoan se bhare hue ekaant vanoan mean tap karate hue vicharate rahate haian. grihash‍thoan ke upabhog mean ane vale gramajanochit suandar vastr, sh‍vadisht bhojan aur vishayabhogoan ka parith‍yag karake ve jangal mean apane–ap hone vale anh‍n, phal, mool tatha pattoan ka parimit, vichitr evan niyat ahar karate haian. bhoomi par hi baithate haian. jamin, patthar, ret, kankarili mitti, baloo athava rakh par hi sote haian. kash, kush, mrigacharm aur vrikshoan ki chhal se bane vastro se apana sharir dhakate haian. sir ke bal, dadhi, mooanchh, nakh aur rom sada dharan kiye rahate haian. niyat samay par sh‍nan karake nishchit kal ka ulh‍langhan n karate hue balivaishh‍vadev tatha agnihotr adi karmoan ka anushthan karate haian. sabere havan-poojan ke liye samidha, kusha aur phool adi ka sangrah karake ashram ko jha d-buhar lene ke pashchat unh‍hean kuchh vishram milata hai. sardi, garmi, varsha aur hava ka veg sahate-sahate unake sharir ke chamade़ phat jate haian. nana prakar ke niyamoan ka palan aur sath‍karmoan ka anushthan karate rahane se unake rakh‍t aur maans sookh jate haian aur sharir ki jagah cham se dhanki huee haddiyoan ka dhaancha matr rah jata hai; phir bhi dhairy rakhakar sahasapoorvak sharir ka bhar dhote rahate haian. jo purush niyam ke sath rahakar brahmarshiyoan dvara acharan mean layi huee is vanaprash‍th dharm ki vidhi ka anushthan karata haian, vah agni ki bhaanti apane doshoan ko bhasm karake durlabh lokoan ko praph‍t kar leta hai.

ab sannyasiyoan ka acharan batalaya jata hai. vah is prakar hai- isamean pravesh karane vale purush agnihotr, dhan, stri adi parivar tatha ghar ki sari samagri ka parityag karake bhogoan aur sangoan ke prati apani asakti ke bandhanoan ko to dakar sada ke prati ghar se bahar nikal jate haian. dhele, path‍thar aur suvarn ko saman samajhate haian. dharm, arth aur kam sanbandhi pravritiyoan mean unaki buddhi asakh‍t nahian hoti. shatru , mitr aur udasin- sabake prati ve saman drishti rakhate haian. sh‍thavar, pinh‍daj, anh‍daj, sh‍vedaj aur udbhijh‍j praniyoan ke prati man, vani aur kriyaoan dvara kabhi droh nahian karate haian, kuti ya math banakar nahian rahate haian. unh‍hean chahiye ki charoan or vicharate rahean tatha ratri mean thaharane ke liye parvat ki gupha, nadi ka kinara, vriksh ki j d, dev mandir, nagar athava gaanv mean chale jaya karean. nagar mean paanch ratri aur gaanv mean ek rat se adhik n thaharean. pranadharan ke liye apane vishuddh dharmoan ka palan karane vale brahman, kshatriy aur vaishh‍y- in dvijatiyoan ke aise gharoan par jakar khade़ ho jayan, jahaan sankirnata n ho. bina maange hi patr mean jitani bhiksha a jay, utani hi svikar karean. kam, krodh, darp, lobh, moh, kripanata, damh‍bh, nianda, abhiman tatha hiansa se sarvatha door rahean.
