raja ke liye kosh sangrah ki avashh‍yakata, maryada ki sh‍thapana aur amaryadit dash‍yuvriti ki ninh‍da


bhishh‍m ji kahate haian- yudhishthir! raja ko chahiye ki vah apane tatha shatru ke rajh‍y se dhan lekar khajane ko bhare. kosh se hi dharm ki vriddhi hoti hai aur rajh‍y ki j dean badhati arthat sudridh hoti haian. isaliye raja kosh ka sangrah kare, sangrah karake sadar usaki raksha kare aur raksha karake niranh‍tar usako badhata rahe; yahi raja ka sada se chala ane vala dharm hai. jo vishuddh achar-vichar se rahane vala hai, usake dvara kabhi kosh sangrah nahian ho sakata. jo ath‍yanh‍t kroor hai, vah bhi kadapi isamean saphal nahian ho sakata; at: madhh‍yam marg ka ashray lekar kosh-sangrah karana chahiye. yadi raja balahin ho to usake pas kosh kaise rah sakata hai? koshahin ke pas sena kaise rah sakati hai?

jinake pas sena hi nahian hai, usaka rajh‍y kaise tik sakata hai aur rajh‍yahin ke pas lakshh‍mi kaise rah sakati hai? jo dhan ke karan ooanche tatha mahattvapoorn pad par pahuancha hua hai, usake dhan ki hani ho jay jo use mrith‍yu ke tulh‍y kasht hota hai, at: raja ko kosh, sena tatha mitr ki sankhh‍ya badhani chahiye. jis raja ke pas dhan ka bhanh‍dar nahian hai, usaki sadharan manushh‍y bhi avahelana karate haian. usase tho da lekar log santusht nahian hote haian aur n usaka kary karane mean uth‍sah dikhate haian. lakshh‍mi ke karan hi raja sarvatr b da bhari adar-sath‍kar pata haian. jaise kap da nari ke guph‍t aangoan ko chhipaye rakhata hai, usi prakar lakshh‍mi raja ke sare doshoan ko dhak leti hai. pahale ke tirash‍krit hue manushh‍y is raja ko badhati huee samriddhi ko dekhakar jalate rahate haian aur apane vadh ki ichh‍chha rakhane vale us raja ka hi kapatapoorvak ashray le usi tarah usaki seva karate haian, jaise kutte apane ghatak chanh‍dal ki seva mean rahate haian. bharat! aise naresh ko kaise sukh milega? at: raja ko sada udyam hi karana chahiye, kisi ke samane jhukana nahian chahiye; kh‍yoanki udyam hi purushath‍v hai. jaise sookhi lak di bina gaanth ke hi toot jati hai, parantu jhukati nahian hai, usi prakar raja nasht bhale hi ho jay, parantu use kabhi dabana nahian chahiye. vah unaki sharan lekar mrigoan ke sath bhale hi vichare; kiantu maryada bhang karane vale dakuoan ke sath kadapi n rahe.

dakuoan ko loot-pat ya hiansa adi bhayanak karmoan ke liye anayas hi sena sulabh ho jati hai. sarvatha maryada shoonh‍y manushh‍y se sab log udvigh‍n ho uthate haian. keval nirdayatapoorn karm karane vale purush ki or se dakoo bhi shankit rahate haian. raja ko aisi hi maryada sh‍thapit karani chahiye, jo sab logo ke chitt ko prasanh‍n karane vali ho. lok mean chhote-se kam mean bhi maryada ka hi man hota hai. sansar mean aise bhi manushh‍y haian, jo yah nishh‍chay kiye baithe haian, ki ‘lok aur paralok hai hi nahian.’ aisa nastik manav bhay ki shanka ka sh‍than hai, us par kabhi vishh‍vas nahian karana chahiyean.
