sattv adi gunoan ka aur prakriti ke namoan ka varnan

brahma ji ne kaha- maharshiyo! sattv, raj aur tam- in gunoan ka sarvatha prithak roop se varnan karana asambhav hai, kyoanki ye tinoan gun avichchhinn (mile hue) dekhe jate haian. ye sabhi paraspar range hue, ek doosare se anupranit, anyonyashrit tatha ek doosare ka anusaran karane vale haian. isamean sandeh nahian ki is jagat mean jab tak sattchagun rahata hai, tab tak rajogun bhi rahata hai evan jab tak tamogun rahata hai, tab tak sattvagun aur rajogun ki bhi satta rahati hai, aisa kahate haian. ye gun kisi nimitt se athava bina nimitt ke bhi sada sath rahate haian, sath hi sath vicharate haian, samooh banakar yatra karate haian aur sanghat (sharir) mean maujood rahate haian. aisa hone par bhi kahian to in unnati aur avanati ke sbhav vale tatha ek doosare ka anusaran karane vale gunoan se kisi ki nyoonata dekhi jati hai aur kahian adhikata. so kis prakar? yah bataya jata hai. tiryag yoniyoan mean jahaan tamogun ki adhikata hoti hai, vahaan tho da rajogun aur bahut tho da sattvagun samajhana chahiye. madhyasrota arthat manushyayoniyoan mean, jahaan rajogun ki matra adhik hoti hai, vahaan tho da tamogun aur bahut tho da sattvagun samajhana chahiye.

isi prakar oordhvasrota yani devayoniyoan mean jahaan sattvagun ki vriddhi hoti hai, vahaan tamogun alp aur rajogun alpatar janana chahiye. sattvagun indriyoan ki utpatti ka karan hai, use vaikarik hetu manate haian. vah indriyoan aur unake vishayoan ko prakashit karane vala hai. sattvagun se badhakar doosara koee dharm nahian bataya gaya hai. sattvagun mean sthit purush svargadi uchch lokoan ko jate haian, rajogun mean sthit purush madhy mean arthat manushy lok mean hi rahate haian aur tamogun ke karyaroop nidra, pramad evan alasy adi mean sthit hue tamas manushy adhogati ko prapt hote- nich yoniyoan athava narakoan mean p date haian. shoodr mean tamogun ki, kshatriy mean rajogun ki aur brahman mean sattvagun ki pradhanata hoti hai. is prakar in tin varnoan mean mukhyata se ye tin gun rahate haian. ek sath chalane vale ye gun door se bhi mil hue hi dikhayi p date haian. tamogun, sattvagun aur rajogun- ye sarvatha prithak-prithak hoan, aisa kabhi nahian suna.

soory ko udit hua dekhakar durachari manushyoan ko bhay hota hai aur dhoop se du:khit rahagir santapt hote haian. kyoanki soory sattvagun pradhan haian, durachari manushy tamogun pradhan haian evan rahagiroan ko hone vala santap rajogun pradhan kaha gaya hai. soory ka prakash sattvagun hai, unaka tap rajogun hai aur amavasya ke din jo un par grahan lagata hai, vah tamogun ka kary hai. is prakar sabhi jyotiyoan mean tinoan gun kramash: vahaan-vahaan us-us prakar se prakat hote aur vilin hote rahate haian. sthavar praniyoan mean tamogun adhik hota hai, unamean jo badhane ki kriya hai vah rajas hai aur jo chikanapan hai vah sattvik hai. gunoan ke bhed se din ko bhi tin prakar ka samajhana chahiye. rat bhi tin prakar ki hoti hai tatha mas, paksh, varsh, rritu aur sandhya ke bhi tin-tin bhed hote haian.
