shukadevaji ne kaha-bhagavanh! munishreshhth! ab pun: mujhe adhhyathmajnan ka vishtar poorvak upadesh dijiye. adhhyathm khya hai aur use maian kaise jaga ? vhyasaji ne kaha-tat! manushhy ke liye shashtr mean jo yah adhhyathmavishay ki charcha ki jati hai, usaka parichay maian tumhhe de raha hooan; tum adhhyathm ki yah vhyakhhya suno. prithhvi, jal, tej, vayu aur akash – ye paanch mahabhoot samhpoorn praniyoankesharir mean sthit haian. jaise samudr ki laharean uthati aur vilin hoti rahati haian, usi prakar ye paanchoan mahabhoot praniyoan ke sharir ke roop mean janhmagrahan karate aur vilin hote rahate haian. jaise kachhua yahaan apane aangoan ko sab or phailakar phir samet leta hai, isi prakar ye sare mahabhoot chhote-chhote shariroan mean vikrit hote-uthpanhn aur vilin hote rahate haian. is prakar yah samasht shthavar jangam jagath panchabhootamay hi hai. srishtikal mean panchabhootoan se hi sabaki uthpatti hoti hai aur pralay ke samay unhhian mean sabaka lay bataya jata hai. yadyapi samhpoorn shariroan mean paanch hi bhoot haian tathapi logoan ko unamean se jisamean jo vaishamhy dikhayi deta hai, usaka karan yah hai ki samhpoorn bhootoan ki srishti karane vale brahmaji ne samast praniyoan mean unake karmanusar hi nhyoonadhikaroop mean un bhootoanka samavesh kiya hai. shukadevaji ne poochha-pitaji! devata, manushhy, pashu aur pakshi adi ke shariroan mean vidhata ne jo vaishamhy kiya hai, usako kis prakar lakshhy kiya jay ? sharir mean indriyaan bhi haian aur kuchh gun bhi haian, unhhean kaise dekha jay- unamean se kaun kis mahabhoot ke kary hai, isaki pahachan kaise ho ? vhyasaji ne kaha-beta! maian is vishay ka kramash: aur yathavath roop se pratipadan karooanga. yah samasht vishay tathvat: jaisa hai, vah sab tum yahaan ekagrachitt hokar suno. shabhd, shrotrendriy tatha sharir ke samhpoorn chhidr –ye tinoan vashtuऍ akash se uthpanhn huee haian. pran, cheshhta tatha shparsh-ye tinoan vayu ke gun (kary) haian. roop, netr aur jatharanal –in tinoan roopoan mean agni ka hi kary prakat hua hai. ras, rasana aur shneh- ye tinoan jal ke kary hai. ganhdh, nasika aur sharir-ye tinoan bhoomi ke gun haian. is prakar indriy samuday sahit yah sharir pachabhautik bataya gaya hai. shparsh vayu ka, ras jal ka aur roop tej ka gun bataya jata hai evan shabhd akash ka aur ganhdh bhoomika gun mana gaya hai. man, buddhi aur shvabhav (ahanbhav) – ye tinoan apane karanabhoot poorvasanshkaroan se uthpanhn hue haian . ye tinoan paanch bhautik hote hue bhi bhootoan ke anhy kary jo shrotradi haian, unase shreshhth haian to bhi gunoan ka sarvatha ulhlaghann nahian kar pate haian. jaise kachhua yahaan apane aango ko phailakar phir samet leta hai, usi prakar buddhi samhpoorn indriyoan ko vishayoan ki or phailakar phir unhhean vahaan se hata leti hai. pairoan se oopar aur mashtak se niche manushhy jo kuchh dekhata hai arthath samhpoorn sharir ko jo ahanbhav se dekhana haian, isakaryamean uttam buddhi pravritt hoti hai. tathpary yah ki sharir mean jo ahanbhav ka anubhav hai, vah buddhika hi roopanhtar hai. buddhihi shabhd adi gunoan ko shrotr adi indriyoan ke pas bar-bar le jati hai aur buddhi hi manasahit samhpoorn indriyoan ko vishayoan ke pas pun:-pun: khianch le jati hai; ydi inake sath buddhi n rahe to indriyoan dvara shabhd adi vishayoan ka anubhav kaise ho sakata hai. |
