yajnavalhkhy ka raja janak ko upadesh— saankhhy mat ke anusar chaubis tathvoan aur no prakar ke sargo ka niroopan yudhishthir ne kaha— pitamah! jo dharm or adharm ke banhdhan se mukht, samhpoorn sanshayoan se rahit, janhm aur mrithyu se rahit, punhy aur pap se mukht, nithy, nirbhay, kalhyanamay, akshar, avhyay (avikari), pavitr evan khlesharahit tathv hai, usaka ap hamean upadesh kijiye. bhishhmaji bole — bharatananhdan! is vishay mean maian tumhhean janak aur yajnavalhkhy ka sanvadaroop ek prachin itihas sunaooanga. ek bar devarat ke mahayashashvi putr raja janak ne prashhn ka rahashy samajhane valoan mean shreshhth munivar yajnavalhkhyaji se poochha. janak bole—brahmarshe! indriyaan kitani haian ? prakriti ke kitane bhed mane gaye haian ? avhyakht khya hai ? aur usase pare parabrahma paramathma ka kya shvaroop hai ? sushti aur pralay khya hai ? aur kal ki ganana kaise ki jati hai ? viprenhdr! ye sab batane ki kripa karean; khyoanki ham log apaki kripa ke abhilashi haian. maian in batoan ko nahian janata, isaliye poochh raha hooan. ap jnan ke bhanhdar haian, isaliye ap hi se in sab vishayoan ko sunane ki ichhchha ho rahi hai; jisase sara sandeh door ho jay. yajnavalhkhy ji ne kaha — bhoopal! suno, tum jo kuchh poochhate ho, vah yog aur visheshat: saankhhy ka param rahashyamay jnan tumhhean batata hooan. yadyapi tumase koee bhi vishay ajnat nahian hai, phir bhi mujhase poochhate ho to kahana hi p data hai; khyoanki kisi ke poochhane par janakar manushhy ko usake prashhn ka uthtar dena hi chahiye. yahi sanatan dharm hai. prakritiyaan ath batayi gayi haian aur unake vikar solah. adhhyathmashashtr ka chinhtan karane vale vidvanh ath prakritiyoan ke nam is prakar batalate haian—avhyakht (mool prakriti), mahattattv, ahankar, akash, vayu, agni, jal aur prithhvi. ye ath prakatiyaan kahi gayian. ab mujhase vikaroan ka bhi varnan suno— shrotr, thvacha, netr, jihva, paanchavian nasika, shabhd, shparsh, roop, ras, ganhdh, vani, hath, pair, liang aur guda. rajenhdr! unamean paanch karmendriyoan aur shabhd adi paanch vishayoan ki ‘vishesh’ sanjna hai aur ye paanch jnanendriyaan ‘savishesh’ kahalati haian. mithilanaresh! ye ‘vishesh’ or ‘savishesh’ tathv panchamahabhootoan mean hi sthit haian. (ye sab milakar pandrah haian) inake sath solahavaan man hai. adhhyathmagatika chinhtan karane vale tathvajnan– visharad tum aur doosare vidvanh bhi inhhian ko solah vikar kahate haian. prithhvinath! avhyakht prakriti se mahatathv (samashti buddhi) ki uthpatti hoti hai. ise vidvanh purush pratham evan prakrit sushti kahate haian. nareshhvar! mahatathv se aanhakar prakat hota hai, jo doosara sarg bataya jata hai. ise buddhayathmak sushti mana gaya hai. aanhakar se man uthpanhn hua hai, jo panchabhoot aur shabhdadi gunashvaroop hai. ise tisara aur ahankarik sarg kaha jata hai. rajanh! man se paanch sookshhm mahabhoot uthpanhn hue haian. yah chautha sarg hai. mere mat ke anusar ise manasi srishti samajho. shabhd, shparsh, roop, ras or ganhdh — ye paanch vishay panchamahabhootoan se uthpanhn hue haian. yah paanchavian srishti hai. bhootachinhtak vidvanh ise bhautik sarg kahate haian. |
