ramanak, hiranhyak, shrriangavanh parvat tatha airavatavarsh ka varnan dhritarashtr bole- sanjay! tum sabhi varshoan aur parvatoan ke nam batao aur jo un parvatoan par nivas karane vale haian unaki sthiti ka bhi yathavath varnan karo. sanjay bole- rajanh! shhvet ke dakshin aur nishadh ke uttar ramanak namak varsh haian. vahaan jo manushhy janm lete haian, ve uttam kul se yukt aur dekhane mean atyant priy hote haian. vahaan ke sab manushhy shatruoan se rahit hote haian. maharaj! ramanakavarsh ke manushhy sada prasannachitt hokar sadhe़ gyarah hajar varshoan tak jivit rahate haian. nil ke dakshin aur nishadh ke uttar hiranhyavarsh hai, jahaan hairanhyavati nadi bahati haian. maharaj! vahian vihangoan mean uttam pakshiraj garu d nivas karate haian. vahaan ke sab manushhy yakshoan ki upasana karane vale, dhanavan, priyadarshan, mahabali tatha prasannachitt hote haian. janeshhvar! vahaan ke log sadhe़ barah hajar varshoan ki ayu tak jivit rahate haian. manujeshhvar! vahaan shrriangavan parvat ke tin hi vichitr shikhar haian. unamean se ek manimay hai, doosara adbhut suvarnamay hai tatha tisara anek bhavanoan se sushobhit evan sarvaratnamay hai. vahaan svayanprabha nam vali shandili devi nity nivas karati haian. janeshhvar! shrriangavan parvat ke uttar samudr ke nikat airavat namak varsh hai. at: in shikharoan se sanyukt yah varsh any varshoan ki apeksha uttam haian. vahaan sooryadev tap nahian dete haian aur n vahaan ke manushhy boodhe़ hi hote haian. nakshatroan sahit chandrama vahaan jyotirmay hokar sab or vyapt-sa rahata hai. vahaan ke manushhy kamal ki-si kanti tatha varn vale hote haian. unake vishal netr kamaladal ke saman sushobhit hote haian. vahaan ke manushhyoan ke sharir se vikasit kamaladaloan ke saman sugandh prakat hoti hai. unake sharir se pasine nahian nikalate. unaki sugandh priy lagati hai. ve ahar (bhookh-pyas se) rahit aur jitendriy hote haian. ve sabake sab devalok se chyut (hokar vahaan shesh punhy-ka upabhog karate) haian! unamean rajogun ka sarvatha abhav hota hai. bharatabhooshan janeshhvar! ve terah hajar varshoan ki ayu tak jivit rahate haian. kshirasagar ke uttar tat par bhagavanh vishhnu nivas karate haian, ve vahaan suvarnamay rath par virajaman haian. us rath mean ath pahiye lage haian. usaka veg man ke saman hai. vah samast bhootoan se yukt, agni ke saman kantiman, param tejasvi tatha jamboonad namak suvarn se vibhooshit hai. bharatashreshth! ve sarvashaktiman sarvavyapi bhagavanh vishhnu hi samast praniyoan ka sankoch aur vistar karate haian. ve hi karane vale aur karane vale haian. rajanh! prithhvi, jan, tej, vayu aur akash sab kuchh ve hi haian. ve hi samast praniyoan ke liye yajnasvaroop haian. agni unaka mukh hai. vaishampayan ji kahate haian- maharaj janamejay! sanjay ke aisa kahane par mahamana dhritarashhtr apane putroan ke liye chinta karane lage. kuchh der tak soch-vichar karane ke pashhchat mahatejasvi dhritarashhtr ne pun: is prakar kaha- ‘sootaputr sanjay! isamean sandeh nahian ki kal hi sampoorn jagath ka sanhar karata haian. phir vahian sabaki srishti karata hai. yahaan kuchh bhi sada sthir rahane vala nahian hai. bhagavanh nar aur narayan samast praniyoan ke sudridh evan sarvajn haian. devata unhean vaikunth aur manushhy unhean shaktishali vishhnu kahate haian’. is prakar shrimahabharat bhishhmaparv ke antargat jambookhanhd-vinirmanaparv mean dhritarashhtravaky-vishayak athavaan adhhyay poora hua.
