yudhishthir ki mahima kahate hue bhishm ki pandavoan ke anveshan ke vishay mean sammati

vaishampayanaji kahate haian- rajanh! isake pashchath bharatavanshiyoan ke pitamah, deshakal ke jnata, ved-shastroan ke vidvanh, tattvajnani aur sampoorn dharmoan ko janane vale shantanunandan bhishmaji ne achary dron kibat poori hone par kauravoan ke hit ke liye achary se mel khati huee yah bat kauravoan se kahi. unaki vah bat dharmajn yudhishthir se sambandh rakhane vali tatha dharm se yukt thi. vah dusht purushoan ke liye sada durlabh aur satpurushoan ko sadaiv priy laganevali thi. is prakar bhishmaji ne vahaan satpurushoan dvara prashansit samyakh vachan kaha- ‘sab vishayoan ke tattvajn tatha vipravar achary dron ne jaisa kaha hai, vah thik hai. vastav mean pandav samast shubh lakshanoan se sampann, sadhu-purushochit niyamoan evan vrat ke palan mean ttpar, vedokt vrat ke palak, nana prakar ki shrutiyoan ke jnata, b de-boodhoan ke upadesh aur adesh ke palan mean sanlagn, satyavrataparayan tatha shuddh vrat dharan karane vale haian.

ve ajnatavas ke niyat samay ko janate haian, isiliye usaka palan kar rahe haian. ‘pandav kshatriy dharm mean nity anurakt rahakar sada bhagavanh shrikrishn anugaman karane vale haian. ve uttam vir purush, mahatama, mahabalavanh tatha sadhu purushoan ke liye uchit kartavy ka bhar vahan kar rahe haian; atah ve kasht bhogane yasa nasht hone yogy nahian haian. ‘pandav apane dharm tatha uttam parakram se surakshit haian. atah ve nasht nahian ho sakate, yah mera nishchit vichar hai. ‘bharatanandan! pandavoan ke vishay mean meri buddhi ka jo nishchay hai, use batata hooan. jo uttam niti se sampann haian, usaki us niti ka anusandhan doosare (anitiparayan) manushy nahian kar sakate. ‘pandavoan ke sambandh mean apani buddhi se bhalibhaanti soch-vicharakar mujhe jo yuktisangat jan padatra hai, vahi upay ham yahaan kar sakate haian.

maian us droh ke karan nahian, tumhare bhale ke liye batata hooan; dhyan dekar suno. ‘yudhishthir ki jo niti hai, usaki mere jaise purushoan ko kabhi ninda nahian karani chahiye. use achchhi niti hi kahani chahiye? aniti kahana kisi prakar thik nahian hai. ‘tat! jo vriddh purushoan ke anushasan mean rahane vala aur satyapalak hai, vah vir purush yadi yasadhu purushoan ke samaj mean kuchh kahana chahata hai, to use yahaan sarvatha dharm prapt karane ki ichchha se yatharth evan uchit bat hi karani chahiye. ‘atah is terahavean varsh mean dharmaraj yudhishthir ke nivas ke sambandh mean doosare log jaisi dharana rakhate haian, vaisa maian nahian manata. ‘tat! jis nagar ya rashtr mean raja yudhishthir nivas karate hoange, vahaan ke rajaoan ka akalyan nahian ho sakata. jahaan raja yudhishthir hoange, us janapad ke logoan ko danashil, udar, vinayi aur lajjashil hona chahiye.

‘jahaan raja yudhishthir hoange, vahaan ke manushy sada priy vachan bolane vale, jitendriy, kalyanabhagi, satyaparayan, hrishtapusht, pavitr aur karyakushal hoange. ‘vahaan koee n to doosare ke dosh dekhane vala hoga aur n eershyalu. n kisi mean abhiman hoga aur n matsry (dvesh). vahaan ke sab log svayan hi dharm mean tatpar hoange.
