vamadevaji ke dvara rajochit bartav ka varnan


vamadevaji kahate haian- rajan! jis rajy mean anyant balavan raja durbal praja par adharm ya atyachar karane lagata hai, vahaan usake anuchar bhi usi bartav ko apani jivika ka sadhan bana lete haian. ve us pap pravartak raja ka hi anusaran karate haian; atah udand manushyoan se bhara hua vah rashtr shighr hi nasht ho jata hai. achchhi avastha mean rahane par manushy ke jis bartav ka doosare log bhi ashray lete haian, us sankat mean p d jane par usi manushy ke usi bartav ko usake svajan bhi nahian sahan karate haian. duahsahasi prakriti vala jo raja jahaan kuchh uddandatapurn bartav karata hai, vahaan shastrokt maryada ka ullanghan karane vala vah raja shighr hi nasht ho jata hai. jo kshatriy rajy mean rahane vale vijit ya avijit manushyoan ki atyant acharan mean layi huee vritti ka anuvartan nahian karata (arthath un logoan ko apane paramparagat achar-vichar ka palan nahian karane deta) vah kshatriy-dharm se gir jata hai. yadi koee raja pahale ka upakari ho aur kisi karanavash vartamanakal mean dvesh karane laga ho to us samay jo bhoopal use yuddh mean bandi banakar dveshavash usaka samman nahian karata, vah bhi kshatriy dharm se gir jata hai. raja yadi samarth ho to uttam sukh ka anubhav kare aur karave tatha apattimean p d jay to usake nivaran ka prayatn kare.

aisa karane se vah sab praniyoan ka priy hota hai aur rajalakshmi se bhrasht nahian hota. raja ko chahiye yadi kisi ka apriy kiya ho to phir usaka priy bhi kare. is prakar yadi apriy purush bhi priy karane lagata hai to tho de hi samay mean vah priy ho jata hai. mithya bhashan karana chho d de, bina yachana ya prarthana kiye hi doosaroan ka priy kare. kisi kamana se, krodh se tatha dvesh se bhi dharm ka tyag n kare. vidvanh raja chhal-kapat chho dakar hi bartav kare. saty ko kabhi n chho de. indriy-sanyam, dharmacharan, sushilata, kshatriyadharm tatha praja ke hit ka kabhi parityag n kare. yadi koee kuchh poochhe to usaka uttar dene mean sankoch n kare, bina vichare koee bat muanh se n nikale, kisi kam mean jaldabaji n kare aur kisiki ninda n kare, aisa bartav karane se shatru bhi apane vash mean ho jata hai. yadi apana priy ho jay to bahut prasann n ho aur apriy ho jay to atyant chinta n kare. yadi arthik sankat a p de to praja ke hit ka chintan karate hue tanik bhi santapt n ho.

jo bhoopal apane gunoan se sada sabaka priy karata hai, usake sabhi karm saphal hote haian aur sampatti kabhi usaka sath nahian chho dati. raja sada savadhan rahakar apane us sevak ko har tarah se apanave, jo pratikool karyoan se alag rahata ho aur raja ka nirantar priy karane mean hi sanlagn ho. jo b de-b de kam hoan, unapar jitendriy, atyant anugat, pavitr achar-vichar vale, shaktishali aur anurakt purush ko niyukt kare. isi prakar jisamean ve sab gun maujood hoan, jo raja ko prasann bhi rakh sakata ho tatha svami ka kary siddh karane ke liye satat savadhan rahata ho, usako dhan ki vyavastha ke kary mean lagave.
