draupadi ka sath‍yabhama ko sati sh‍tri ke kartavh‍y ki shiksha dena

vaishamh‍payan ji kahate haian- janamejay! jab mahath‍ma paandav tatha brahman log asapas baithakar dharmacharcha kar rahe the, usi samay draupadi aur satyabhama bhi ek or jakar ek hi sath sukhapoorvak baithian aur ath‍yanh‍t prasannatapoorvak parash‍par hash‍y-vinod karane lagian. rajenh‍dr! donoan ne ek-doosari ko bahut dinoan bad dekha tha, isaliye parash‍par priy lagane vali batean karati huee vahaan sukhapoorvak baithi rahian. kuru kul aur yadukul se samh‍banh‍dh rakhane vali anek vichitr batean unaki charcha ki vishay thian.

bhagavanh shrikrishh‍n ki ph‍yari patarani satrajitkumari sunh‍dari sath‍yabhama ne ekanh‍t mean draupadi se is prakar poochha- ‘shubhe! drupadakumari! kis bartav se tum hrishh‍t-pushh‍t aangoan vale tatha lokapaloan ke saman vir panh‍davoan ke hriday par adhikar rakhati ho? kis prakar tumh‍hare vash mean rahate hue ve kabhi tum par kupit nahian hote? priyadarshane! kh‍ya karan hai ki panh‍dav sada tumh‍hare adhin rahate haian aur sab ke sab tumh‍hare muanh ki or dekhate rahate haian? isaka yatharth rahash‍y mujhe batao. paanchalakumari kumari krishh‍ne! aj mujhe bhi koee aisa vrat, tap, sh‍nan, manh‍tr, aushadh, vidya-shakti, mool-shakti (j di-booti ka prabhav) jap, hom ya dava batao, jo yash aur saubhagh‍y ki vriddhi karane vala ho tatha jisase shh‍yamasunh‍dar sada mere adhin rahean’. aisa kahakar yashasvini sath‍yabhama chup ho gayi.

tab patiparayana mahabhaga draupadi ne use is prakar uth‍tar diya- ‘sath‍ye! tum mujhase jisake vishay mean poochh rahi ho, vah sadhh‍vi striyoan ka nahian, duracharini aur kulata striyoan ka acharan hai. jis marg ka duracharini striyoan ne avalamh‍ban kiya hai, usake vishay mean ham log koee charcha kaise kar sakati haian? is prakar ka prashn athava sh‍vami ke sh‍neh mean sanh‍deh karana tumh‍hare-jaisi sadhh‍vi sh‍tri ke liye kadapi uchit nahian hai; chooanki tum buddhimati hone ke sath hi shh‍yamasunh‍dar ki priyatama patarani ho. jab pati ko yah maloom ho jaye ki usaki path‍ni use vash mean karane ke liye kisi manh‍tr-tanh‍tr athava j di-booti ka prayog kar rahi hai, to vah usase usi prakar udvigh‍n ho uthata hai, jaise apane ghar mean ghuse hue sarp se log shankit rahate haian. udvign ko shanti kaisi? aur ashanh‍t ko sukh kahaan? at: manh‍tr-tanh‍tr karane se pati apani path‍ni ke vash mean kadapi nahian ho sakata. isake siva, aise avasaroan par dhokhe se shatruoan dvara bheji huee oshadhiyoan ko khilakar kitani hi striyaan apane patiyoan ko ath‍yanh‍t bhanyakar rogoan ka shikar bana deti haian.
