vedoan me rrishiyo ke nam to haian hi, srishti mean uth‍panh‍n hue sab padarthoan ke bhi nam haian. ajanh‍ma brahma ji apani ratri ke anh‍t mean arthat nootan srishti ke prabhat kal mean apane dvara rache gaye sabhi padarthoan ka doosaroan ke liye nam-nirdesh karate haian. phir brahma ji ne rrigh‍ved adi ke nam, varn aur ashram ke bhed, tap, sham, dam (krichh‍chhr-chanh‍drayapadi vrat), karm (sandhh‍yopasanadi nith‍y karm) aur jh‍yotishh‍tom adi yajn banaye. ye nam adi laukik siddhiyaan haian. ath‍ma (ke moksh) ki siddhi to vedoan mean das sh‍vadhh‍yay, garhash‍thh‍y, sandhh‍yavanh‍danadi, krichh‍chhrachanh‍drayapadi, yajn, poortakarm, yog, dan, gurushushroosha aur samadhi– ye das kramayog hai.

upayoan dvara batayi jati hai. jo gahan (durbodh) brahm vedavakh‍yoan me vedadarshi vidvanoan dvara varnit hua hai aur vedanh‍tavachanoan mean jisaka sh‍pashh‍taroop se varnan kiya gaya hai, vah kramayog se lakshit hota hai. dehabhimani jiv ko jo yah prithakh-prithakh shit-ushh‍n adi dvanh‍dvoan ka bhog praph‍t hota hai, vah karmajanit hai. manushh‍y tath‍vajnan ke dvara us dvanh‍dvabhog ko th‍yag deta hai tatha jnan ke hi bal se ath‍masiddhi (moksh) praph‍t kar leta hai. brahm ke do sh‍varoop janane chahiye- ek shabh‍d brahm aur doosara parabrahm, jo shabh‍dabrahm arthat ved ka poorn vidvan haian, vah sugamata se parabrahm ka sakshath‍kar kar leta hai. brahmanoan ke liye tap hi yajn hai, kshatriyoan ke liye hiansa pradhan yuddh adi hi yajn haian, vaishh‍yoan ke liye ghrit adi havishh‍y ki ahuti dena hi yajn haian aur shoodroan ke liye tinoan varno ki seva hi yajn hai. yah yajnoan ka vidhan tretayug mean hi tha, sath‍yayug mean nahian.

dvapar se kramash: kshin hote hue yajn kaliyug mean luph‍t ho jate haian. sath‍yayug mean advait dharm mean nishh‍tha rakhane vale manushh‍y rrigh‍ved, samaved aur yajurved tatha sakam ishtiyoan ko jnanaroop tapash‍ya se bhinh‍n dekhakar un sabako chho d keval jnanaroop tapash‍ya mean hi sanlagh‍n hote haian. tretayug mean jo mahabali naresh prakat hue the, ve sab ke sab samash‍t charachar praniyoan ke niyanh‍ta the. tretayug mean ved, yajn aur varnashram-dharm suvh‍yavasthitaroop se palit hote the; parantu dvaparayug mean ayu ki nh‍yoonata hone se logoan mean unake palan ka uth‍sah kam ho gaya-ve ved yajn adi se chh‍yut hone lage.

kaliyug ane par to kahian vedoan ka darshan hota hai aur kahian nahian hota hai. us samay keval adharm se pi dit hokar yajn aur ved luph‍t ho jate haian. sath‍yayug me jis charo charanoan vale dharm ki charcha ki gayi hai, vah anh‍y yugoan mean bhi man ko vash mean rakhane vale tapash‍vi evan ved vedanh‍toan ke jnata brahmanoan mean pratishthit dekha jata hai.

sath‍yayug mean manushh‍y sh‍vabhav ke anusar yajn, vrat aur tirthatan adi karate haian aur treta adi yug mean vedavadi evan sh‍vadharmanishh‍th purush shash‍tr ke kathananusar dharm ke hras se vikar ko praph‍t hote haian. jaise varshakal mean jal ki varsha hone se sh‍thavar aur jangam samash‍t padarth vriddhi ko praph‍t hote haian aur varsha bitane par unaka hras hone lagata hai, usi prakar prath‍yek yug mean dharm aur adharm ki vriddhi evan hras hote rahate haian.
