antirak tap chaitanh‍yamay prakash se yukh‍t hai. usake dvara tinoan lok vh‍yaph‍t haian. akash mean soory aur chanh‍drama bhi tap se hi prakashit ho rahe haian. lok mean tap shabh‍d vikhh‍yat hai. us tap ka phal hai, jnanash‍varoop prakash. rajogun aur tamogun ka nash karane vala jo nishh‍kam karm haian, vahi tapash‍ya ka sh‍varoopabodhak lakshan hai. brahmachary aur ahiansa ko sharirik tap kahate haian. man aur vani ka bhalibhaanti kiya hua sanyam manasik tap kahalata hai. vaidik vidhi ko janane aur unake anusar chalane vale dvijatiyoan se hi anh‍n grahan karana uth‍tam mana gaya hai. aise anh‍n ka niyamapoorvak bhojan karane se rajogun se uth‍panh‍n hone vala pap shanh‍t ho jata hai. usase sadhak ki indriyaan bhi vishayoan ki or se virakh‍t ho jati haian. isaliye utana hi anh‍n grahan karana chahiye, jitana jivan raksha ke liye vaanchhaniy ho. is prakar yogayukh‍t man ke dvara jo jnan praph‍t hota hai, use jivan ke anh‍t samay tak poori shakti lagakar dhire-dhire praph‍t hi kar lena chahiye. is kary mean dhairy nahian chho dana chahiye. yogaparayan yogi ki buddhi karyoan dvara vh‍yahat nahian hoti. vah vairagh‍yavash apane sh‍vabhav mean sthit rahata hai, rajogun se rahit hota hai tatha dehadhari hokar bhi shabh‍d ki bhaanti abadh gati se sarvatr vicharan karata hai. deh th‍yagaparyanh‍t pramad n hone par yogi dehavasan ke pashh‍chath moksh praph‍t kar leta hai aur jo banh‍dhan ke karanabhoot ajnan se yukh‍t hote haian, un praniyoan ke sada janh‍m aur maran hote rahate haian.

jinako brahmajnan praph‍t ho gaya hai, unaka prarabh‍dh anusaran nahian karata hai arthat ve prarabh‍dh ke banh‍dhan se mukh‍t ho jate haian. parantu jo isake viparit sthiti mean haian arthat jinaka ajnan door nahian hua hai, ve prarabh‍dhavash janh‍m mrith‍yu ke chakh‍kar mean p de rahate haian. kuchh yogijan buddhi ke dvara apane chith‍t ko vishayoan ki or se hatakar asan ki dridhata se sthiratapoorvak deh ko dharan karate hue indriy-golakoan se samh‍banh‍dh th‍yag kar sookshh‍m buddhi hone ke karan brahm ki upasana karate haian[1] koee-koee shastr mean bataye hue kram se (utaroth‍tar uth‍krisht tattv ka jnan praph‍t karate hue parakashtha tak pahuanchakar vahian) buddhi ke dvara brahm ka anubhav karate haian.

jisane yo‍g ke dvara apani buddhi ko shuddh kar liya hai, aisa koee-koee yogi hi dehasthitiparyanh‍t ashrayarahit apani hi mahima mean pratishthit brahm mean sthit rahata hai. isi tarah koee to yogadharana ke dvara sagun brahm ki upasana karate haian jo vidyut ke saman jh‍yotirmay aur avinashi kaha gaya hai. kuchh log tapash‍ya se apane papoan ko dagh‍dh karake anh‍takal mean brahm ki prapti karate haian. in sabhi mahath‍maoan ko uth‍tam gati ki prapti hoti hai. shastriy drishti se un mahath‍maoan ki sookshh‍m visheshata ko dekhe. deh th‍yagaparyanh‍t nith‍yamukh‍t, aparigrah, akash se bhi vilakshan us parabrahm ka jnan praph‍t kare, jisamean yogadharana dvara man ko sh‍thapit kiya jata hai. jinaka man jnan ke sadhan mean laga hua hai, ve marth‍yalok ke banh‍dhan se chhoot jate haian aur rajogun se rahit evan brahmash‍varoop ho param gati ko praph‍t kar lete haian.
