hani, labh, raksha aur sangrah ko janakar tatha sada parash‍par samh‍bandhit aishh‍vary aur bhog ko bhi bhalibhaanti samajhakar buddhiman raja ko shatru ke sath sandhi ya vigrah karana chahiye; is vishay par vichar karane ke liye buddhimanoan ka sahara lena chahiye. pratibhashali buddhi balavanh ko bhi pachha d deti hai. buddhi ke dvara nashh‍t hote hue bal ki bhi raksha hoti haian. badhata hua shatru bhi buddhi ke dvara parash‍t hokar kashh‍t uthane lagata hai. buddhi se sochakar pichhe jo karm kiya jata hai,vah sarvottam hota hai. jisane sab prakar ke doshoan ka th‍yag kar diya hai, vah dhir raja yadi kisi vash‍tu ki kamana kare to vah tho da-sa bal lagane par bhi apani samh‍poorn kamanaoan ko praph‍t kar leta hai. jo avashh‍yak vash‍tuoan se samh‍panh‍n hone par bhi apane liye kuchh chahata hai arthath doosaroan se apani ichh‍chha poori karane ki ash rakhata haian, vah lobhi aur aanhakari naresh apane shrey ka chhota-sa patr bhi nahian bhar sakata.

isaliye raja ko chahiye ki vah sari praja par anugrah karate hue hi usase kar (dhan) vasool kare. vah dirghakal tak praja ko satakar us par bijali ke saman girakar apana prabhav n dikhave. vidya, tap tatha prachur dhan-ye sab udyog se praph‍t ho sakate haian. vah udyog praniyoan mean buddhi ke adhin hokar rahata hai; at: udyog ko hi samash‍t karyoan ki siddhi ka paryaph‍t samajhe. at: jahaan jitenh‍driyoan mean buddhiman evan manash‍vi maharshi nivas karate haian,[1] jisamean indriyoan ke adhishh‍thatri devata ke rup mean inh‍dr, vishh‍nu evan sarash‍vati ka nivas haian tatha jisake bhitar sada samh‍poorn praniyoan ke jivan-nirvah ka adhar haian, vidvan purush ko chahiye ki us manav-deh ki avahelana n kare.

raja lobhi manushh‍y ko sada hi kuchh dekar dabaye rakhe; kh‍yoanki lobhi purush doosare ke dhan se kabhi triph‍t nahian hota. sath‍karmo ke phalash‍varup sukh ka upabhog karane ke liye to sabhi lalayit rahate hai; parantu jo lobhi dhanahin haian, vah dharm aur kam donoan ko th‍yag deta haian. lobhi manushh‍y doosaroan ke dhan, bhog-samagri, sh‍tri-putr aur samriddhi sabako praph‍t karana chahata hai. lobhi mean sab prakar ke dosh prakat hote haian; at: raja use apane yahaan kisi pad par sh‍than n de. buddhimanh raja nich manushh‍y ko dekhate hi apane yahaan se door hata de aur yadi usaka vash chale to vah shatruoan ke sare udyogoan tatha karyoan ka vidhh‍vans kar dale.

panh‍dunanh‍dan! dharmath‍ma purushoan mean jo vishesh rup se samh‍poorn vishayoan ka jnata hoh, usi ko manh‍tri banave aur usaki suraksha ka vishesh prabanh‍dh karean. praja ka vishh‍vas-patr aur kulin raja nareshoan ko vash mean karane mean samarth hota hai.. raja ke jo shash‍trokh‍t dharm haian, unh‍hean sankshep se maianne yahaan bataya hai. tum apani buddhi se vichar karake unh‍hean haday mean dharan karo.jo unh‍hean guru se sikhakar haday mean dharan karata aur acharanamean lata hai, vahi raja apane rajh‍y ki raksha karane mean samarth hota hai. jinh‍hean anh‍yay se uparjit, hath se praph‍t tatha daiv ke vidhan ke anusar upalabh‍dh hua sukh vidhi ke anurup praph‍t hua-sa dikhayi deta haian, rajadharm ko n janane vale us raja ki gati nahian hai tatha usaka param uttam rajh‍y sukh chirash‍thayi nahian hota. ukh‍t rajadharm ke anusar sandhi-vigrah adi gunoan ke prayog mean satat savadhan rahane vala naresh dhanasamh‍panh‍n, buddhi aur shil ke dvara samh‍manit, gunavanh tatha yuddh mean jinaka parakram dekha gaya hai, un vir shatruoan ko bhi koot kaushalapoorvak nashh‍t kar sakata hai. raja nana prakar ki karyapaddhatiyoan dvara shatru-vijay ke bahut-se upay dhooandh nikale. ayogh‍y upay se kam lene ka vichar n kare, jo nirdosh vh‍yaktiyoan ke bhi dosh dekhata hai, vah manushh‍y vishishh‍t samh‍pati, mahanh yash aur prachur dhan nahian pa sakata. suhadoan mean se jo mitr premapoorvak sath-sath ek kary mean pravrit hote hoan aur sath-hi-sath usase nivrit hote hoan, unh‍hean achh‍chhi tarah janakar un donoan mean se jo mitr lautakar mitr ka gurutar bhar vahan kar sake, usi ko vidvan purush ath‍yanh‍t sh‍nehi mitr manakar doosaroan ke samane usaka udaharan dean. nareshh‍var! mere bataye hue in rajadharmo ka acharan karo aur praja ke palan mean man lagao; isase tum sukhapoorvak punh‍yaphal praph‍t karoge; kh‍yoanki samh‍poorn jagath ka mool dharm hai.
