is jatharanal ka sh‍than nabhi se lekar payu tak hai. isi ko ‘guda’ kahate haian. us guda se dehadhariyoan ke samash‍t pranoan mean srot (na dimarg) prakat hote haian. guda se pran agni ke veg ko lekar gudanh‍t mean takarata hai, phir vahaan se oopar ko uthakar vah jatharagni ko bhi oopar uthata hai. nabhi ke niche pakh‍vashay (pake hue bhojan ka sh‍than) hai aur oopar amashay (kachh‍che bhojan ka sh‍than) hai. sharir mean sthit samash‍t pran nabhi mean hi pratishthit haian-vahi unaka kenh‍dr sh‍than hai. na diyaan hriday se niche aur oopar idhar-udhar phaili huee haian. ve das pran vayuoan se prerit ho sharir ke sab bhagoan mean ann ke rasoan ko pahuanchati rahati hai. jinh‍hoanne samash‍t kh‍leshoan ko jit liya hai, jo samadarshi aur dhir haian, jinh‍hoanne (sushumh‍na na di ke dvara) apane pranamay ath‍ma ko mash‍tak (varti sahasrarachakr) mean le jakar sh‍thapit kiya hai, un yogiyoan ke liye yah (mash‍tak se lekar payu tak ka sushumh‍namay) marg hai, jisase ve us parabrahm paramath‍ma ko praph‍t hote haian. is prakar samash‍t jivath‍maoan ke sharir mean ye pranavayu aur apanavayu vh‍yaph‍t haian.

brahmanh! ve pran aur apan jatharanal ke sath rahate haian. pran ko ath‍ma mean sthit janiye. ath‍ma ekadash indriyaroop vikaroan se yukh‍t, shodash kalaoan ke samooh se samh‍pann, sharir ko dharan karane vala tatha nith‍y hai. usane yogabal se man buddhi ko apane adhin kar rakha hai. is prakar ath‍ma ke samh‍banh‍dh mean apako janana chahiye. jaise bataloee mean ag rakhi gayi ho, usi prakar poorvokh‍t kala-samooharoop sharir mean prakash sh‍varoop sharir mean prakash sh‍varoop ath‍ma sada vidyaman rahata hai. ap use janiye. vah nith‍y tatha yogashakti se man-buddhi ko apane adhin rakhane vala hai. jaise kamal ke patte par p di huee jal ki booand nirliph‍t hoti hai, usi prakar ye ath‍madev kalath‍mak sharir mean asang bhav se sthit haian. ve hi kshetrajn haian, ap unh‍hean janiye. ve yog se apane man aur buddhi par adhikar praph‍t karane vale tatha nith‍y haian.

brahmanh! ap yah jan lean ki sath‍vagun (prakash, rajogun (pravritti) aur tamogun (moh)-ye jivath‍mak haian arthath jivath‍ma ke anh‍t:karan ke vikar haian, jiv ath‍ma ka gun (sevak) hai aur paramath‍mash‍varoop hai. bhav yah ki paramath‍ma ko hi yahaan ath‍ma kaha gaya hai. sharir-tath‍v ke jnata mahath‍ma purush j d sharir adi ko jiv ka bhogh‍y batate haian. vah jiv sharir ke bhitar rahakar sh‍vayan cheshh‍tashil hota hai tatha sharir aur indriy adi sabako cheshh‍taoan mean lagata hai. jinh‍hoanne satoan bhuvanoan ka nirman kiya hai, un paramath‍ma ko jnani purush jivath‍ma se uth‍krishh‍t batate haian. is prakar samh‍poorn bhootoan ke ath‍ma parameshh‍var samash‍t praniyoan ke bhitar prakashit ho rahe haian. jnani mahath‍ma apani shreshh‍th evan sookshh‍m buddhi ke dvara unhean dekh pate haian. manushh‍y apane chitt ki pavitrata ke dvara hi samash‍t shubhashubh karmoan ko nashh‍t (phal dene mean asamarth) kar deta hai. jisaka anh‍t:karan prasann (pavitr) hai, vah apane ap mean hi sthit hokar akshay sukh (moksh) ka bhagi hota hai.
