brahmanoan ka krodh hi ash‍tr-shash‍tr hai. brahman lohe ke hathiyaroan se nahian l da karate haian. jaise hath mean vajr liye hue indr asuroan ka sanhar kar dalate haian, usi prakar brahman krodh se hi aparadhi ko nashh‍t kar dete haian.

nishh‍pap yudhishthir! yah maianne dharmayukh‍t katha kahi hai. ise sunakar naimisharanh‍yanivasi muni b de prasann hue the. rajanh! is katha ko sunakar manushh‍y shok, bhay, krodh aur pap se rahit ho phir is sansar mean janh‍m nahian lete haian.

yudhishthir ne poochha- dharmath‍maoan mean shreshh‍th mahaprajn maharshe! vah shauch kh‍ya hai? jisase brahman sada shuddh bana rahata hai. maian use sunana chahata hooan.

markanh‍dey ji ne kaha- rajanh! shauch tin prakar ka hota hai- vakh‍shauch (vani ki pavitrata), karmashauch (kriya ki pavitrata) tatha jalashauch (jal se sharir ki shuddhi). jo is tin prakar ke shauch se samh‍pann hai, vah sh‍vargalok ka adhikari hai, isamean sanshay nahian. jo brahman prat: aur saany-in donoan samay ki sandhh‍ya aur sabako pavitr karane vali vedamata gayatri devi ke manh‍tr ka jap karata hai; vah brahman unh‍hian gayatri devi ki kripa se param pavitr aur nishh‍pap ho jata hai. vah samudraparyanh‍t sari prithh‍vi ka bhi dan grahan kar le, to bhi kisi sankat mean nahian p data. itana hi nahian, akash ke soory adi grahoan mean se jo koee bhi usake liye bhanyakar hote haian, ve uparyukh‍t gayatri-jap ke prabhav se usake liye sada saumh‍y, sukhad evan param mangalakari ho jate haian.

rajanh! vedajn, sadachari, jnani aur tapash‍vi brahman jahaan nivas karate hoan, usi ka nam nagar hai. kunh‍tinanh‍danh! vraj (gauoan ke rahane ka sh‍than) ho ya van, jahaan bahushrut vidvanh rahate hoan, use ‘nagar’ kaha gaya hai, vah tirth bhi mana gaya hai. praja ki raksha karane vale raja aur tapash‍vi brahman ke pas jakar unaki seva-pooja karake manushh‍y tath‍kal sab papoan se mukh‍t ho jata hai. punh‍yatirtho mean sh‍nan, pavitr manh‍troan ka varnan-kirtan aur shreshh‍th purushoan se vartalap-in sabako vidvan purushoan ne uttam bataya hai. satsang se pavitr kiye hue vani ke sunh‍dar samh‍bhashanaroop jal se abhishikt shreshh‍th purush apane ko sada pavitr hua manate haian.
