dharm mean vedoan ki pratishtha hai. vedoan se yajn prakat hue haian aur yajnoan se devataoan ki sthiti hai. vedokt achar ke vidhan se batalaye hue yajnoan dvara devataoan ki ajivika chalati hai aur brihaspati tatha shukrachary ki kahi huee nitiyaan manushyoan ke jivan-nirvah ki adharabhoomi haian. hat-bajar karana, kar (lagan ya taiks) lena, vyapar, kheti, gopalan, bhe d aur bakaroan ka poshan tatha vidya padhana-padhana in dharmanukool vrittiyoan dvara dvijagan sampoorn jagat ki raksha karate haian. vedatrayi, varta (krishi-vanijy adi) aur dandaniti-ye tin vidyaean haian (inamean vedadhyayan brahman ki, varta vaishy ki aur dandaniti kshatriy ki jivikavritti hai). vijn purushoan dvara in vrittiyoan ka thik-thik prayog hone se lokayatra ka nirvah hota hai. yadi lokayatra dharmapoorvak n chalayi jaye, is prithvi par vedokt dharm ka palan n ho aur dandaniti bhi utha di jaye to yah sara jagath maryadahin ho jaye. yadi yah praja varta-dharm (krishi, goraksha or vanijy) mean pravrit n ho to nasht ho jayegi. in tinoan ki samyakh pravritti hone se praja dharm ka sampadan karati hai. dvijatiyoan ka mukhy dharm hai saty (saty-bhashan, saty-vyavahar, sadbhav). yah dharm ka ek pradhan lakshan hai. yajn, svadhyay aur dan- ye tin dharm dvijamatr ke samany dharm mane gaye hai. yajn karana, ved aur shastroan ko padhana tatha dan grahan karana-yah brahman ka hi ajivikapradhan dharm hai. praja-palan kshatriyoan ka aur pashu-palan vaishyoan ka dharm hai. brahman adi tinoan varnoan ki seva karana shoodroan ka dharm bataya gaya hai. tinoan varnoan ki seva mean rahane vale shoodroan ke liye bhiksha, hom aur vrat mana hai. kuntinandan! sabaki raksha karana kshatriy ka dharm hai, atah tumhara dharm bhi yahi hai. apane dharm ka palan karo. vinayashil bane raho aur indriyoan ko vash mean rakho. ved-shastroan ke vidvanh, buddhimanh tatha b de-boodhe shreshth purushoan se salah karake unaka kripapatr bana hua raja hi dandaniti ke dvara shasan kar sakata hai. jo raja durvhyasanoan mean asakt hota hai; usaka parabhav ho jata hai. jab raja nigrah aur anugrah ke dvara prajavarg ke sath yathochit bartav karata hai, tabhi lokoan ki sampoorn maryadaean surakshit hoti haian. isaliye raja ko uchit hai ki vah desh aur durg mean apane shatru aur mitroan ke sainikoan ki sthiti, vriddhi aur kshay ka guptacharoan dvara sada pata lagata rahe. sam, dan, dand, bhed- ye char upay, guptachar, uthtam buddhi, surakshit mantrana, parakram, nigrah, anugrah aur chaturata- ye rajaoan ke liye kary-siddhi ke sadhan haian. sam, dan, bhed, dand aur apeksha- in nitiyoan mean se ek-do ke dvara ya sabake ek sath prayog dvara rajaoan ko apane kary siddh karane chahiye. bharatashreshth! sari nitiyoan aur guptacharoan ka mool adhar hai mantrana ko gupt rakhana. uthtam mantrana ya vichar se jo siddhi prapt hoti hai, usake liye dvijoan ke sath gupt paramarsh karana chahiye. |
