maian hi sooryaroop se tapata hooan, varsha ka akarshan karata hooan aur use barasata hooan[1] he arjun! maian hi amrit[2] aur mrityu[3] aur sath asath bhi maian hi hooan.[4] sambandh- terahavean se pandrahavean shlok tak apane sagun-nirgun aur virat roop ki upasanaoan ka varnan karake bhagavanh ne unnisavean shlok tak samast vishh‍v ko apana svaroop batalaya. ‘samast vishh‍v mera hi svaroop hone ke karan indr adi any devoan ki upasana bhi prakarantar se meri hi upasana hai‚ parantu aisa n janakar phala saktipoorvak prithak prithak bhav se upasana karane vale ko meri prapti n hokar vinashi phal hi milata hai.’ isi bat ko dikhalane ke liye ab do shlokoan mean us upasana ka phal sahit varnan karate haian. tinoan vedoan mean vidhan kiye hue sakarmoan ko karane vale‚ somaras pine vale‚ pap rahit purush[5] mujhako yajnoan ke dvara poojakar svarg ki prapti chahate haian ve purush apane punyoan ke phalaroop svargalok ko[6] prapt hokar svarg mean divy devataoan ke bhogoan ko bhogate haian.

ve us vishal[7] svargalok ko bhogakar puny kshin hone par mrityulok ko prapt hote haian. is prakar svarg ke sadhan roop tinoan vedoan mean kahe hue sakam karm ka ashray lene vale aur bhogoan ki kamana vale purush bar-bar avagaman ko prapt hote haian‚ arthath puny ke prabhav se svarg mean jate haian aur puny kshin hone par mrityu lok mean jate haian.[8] kinh‍tu jo ananh‍y[9] premi bhakh‍tajan mujh parameshh‍var ko niranh‍tar chinh‍tan karate hue nishh‍kam bhav se bhajate haian,[10] un nith‍y niranh‍tar mera chinh‍tan karane vale purushoan ka yogakshem maian sh‍vayan praph‍t kar deta hooan.[11] he arjun! yadyapi shraddha[12] se yukh‍t jo sakam bhakh‍t doosare devataoan ko poojate haian, kinh‍tu unaka vah poojan avidhipoorvak arthat ajnanapoorvak haian.[13]

  1. is kathan se bhagavanh ne yah bhav dikhalaya hai ki apani kiranoan dvara samast jagath ko ushnata aur prakash pradan karane vala tatha samudr adi sthanoan se jal ko uthakar rok rakhane vala tatha use lok hitarth meghoan ke dvara yathasamay yathayogy vitaran karane vala soory bhi mera hi svaroop hai.
  2. vastav mean amrit to ek bhagavanh hi haian, jinaki prapti ho jane par manushy sada ke liye mrityu ke pash se mukt ho jata hai‚ isiliye bhagavanh ne apane ko ‘amrit’ kaha hai aur isaliye mukti ko bhi ‘amrit’ kahate haian.
  3. sabaka nash karane vale ‘kal’ ko ‘mrityu’ kahate haian. bhagavanh hi yatha samay lokoan ka sanhar karane ke liye mahakal roop dharan kiy rahate haian. ve kal ke bhi kal haian. isiliye bhagavanh ne ‘mrityu’ ko apana svaroop batalaya hai.
  4. jisaka kabhi abhav nahian hota‚ us avinashi atma ko ‘sath’ kahate haian aur nashavan anity vastu matr ka nam ‘asath’ hai. inhian donoan ko gita ke pandrahavean adhyay mean ‘akshar’ aur ‘kshar’ purush ke nam se kaha gaya hai. ye donoan hi bhagavanh se abhinn haian‚ isaliye bhagavanh ne sath aur asath ko apana svaroop kaha hai.
  5. rrikh‚ yaju aur sam- in tinoan vedoan ke ‘vedatrayi’ athava trividya kahate haian. in tinoan vedoan mean varnit nana prakar ke yajnoan ki vidhi aur unake phal mean shraddha- prem rakhane vale evan usake anusar sakam karm karane vale manushyoan ko ‘traividy’ kahate haian. yajnoan mean somalata ke rasapan ki jo vidhi batalayi gayi hai‚ us vidhi se somalata ke rasapan karane valoan ko ‘somapa’ kahate haian. uparyukt vedokt karmoan ka vidhipoorvak anushthan karane se jinake svarg prapti mean pratibandh svaroop pap nasht ho gayean haian unako 'pootapap' kahate haian. ye tinoan visheshan aisi shreni ke manushyoan ke liye haian‚ jo bhagavanh ki sarvaroopata se anabhijn haian aur vedokt karm kand par prem aur shraddha rakhakar karmoan se bachate hue sakam bhav se yajnadi karmoan ka vidhipoorvak anushthan kiya karate haian.
  6. yajnadi puny karmoan ke phalaroop mean prapt hone vale indr lok se lekar brahmalok paryant jitane bhi lok haian‚ un sabako lakshy karake shlok mean ‘punyamh’ visheshan sahit ‘surendralokamh’ pad ka prayog kiya gaya hai. atah ‘surendralokamh’ pad indr lok ka vachak hote hue bhi use uparyukt sabhi lokoan ka vachak samajhana chahiye.
  7. svargadi lokoan ke vistar ka vahaan ki bhogy vastuoan ka‚ bhog prakaroan ka‚ bhogy vastuoan ki sukh roopata ka aur bhogane yogy sharirik tatha manasik shakti aur paramanu adi sabhi ka anek prakar ka pariman mrityu lok ki apeksha kahian vishad aur mahanh hai. isiliye usako ‘vishal’ kaha gaya hai.
  8. bhagavanh ke svaroop tatth‍v ko n janane vale sakam manushy anany chitt se bhagavanh sharan grahan nahian karate‚ bhog kamana ke vash mean hokar uparyukt dharm ka ashray lete haian. isi karan unake karmoan ka phal anity haian aur isiliye unhean phir mrith‍yu lok mean lautana p data hai.
  9. jinaka sansar ke samast bhogoan se prem hatakar keval matr bhagavanh mean atal aur achal prem ho gaya hai‚ bhagavanh ka viyog jinake liye asahy hai‚ jinaka bhagavanh se bhinn doosara koee bhi upasyadev nahian hai aur jo bhagavanh ko hi param ashray‚ param gati aur param premaspad manate haian-aise anany premi ek nishth bhaktoan ka visheshan ‘ananyaah’ pad hai.
  10. sagun bhagavanh purushoth‍tam ke gun, prabhav, tattv aur rahash‍y ko samajhakar, chalate-‍phirate, uthate- baithate, sote–jagate aur ekanh‍t mean sadhan karate, sab samay niranh‍tar avichchhinh‍n roop se unaka chinh‍tan karate hue, unh‍hian ke ajnanusar nishh‍kam bhav se unh‍hian ki prasanh‍nata ke liye cheshta karate rahana– yahi ‘unaka chinh‍tan karate hue bhajan karana’ hai.
  11. apraph‍t ki prapti nam ‘yog’ aur praph‍t ki raksha ka nam ‘kshem’ hai. atah bhagavanh ki prapti ke liye jo sadhan unh‍hean praph‍t hai, sab prakar ke vighh‍n badhaoan se bachakar usaki raksha karana aur jis sadhan ki kami hai, usaki poorti karake sh‍vayan apani prapti kara dena- yahi ‘un premi bhakh‍toan ka yogakshem chalana’ hai bhakh‍t prahlad ka jivan isaka sunh‍dar udaharan hai hiranh‍yakashipu dvara usake sadhan mean b de-b de vighh‍n upasthit kiye jane par bhi sab prakar se bhagavanh ne usaki raksha karake anh‍t mean use apani prapti karava di. jo purush bhagavanh ke hi parayan hokar ananh‍yachit se unaka premapoorvak niranh‍tar chinh‍tan karate hue hi sab kary karate haian, anh‍y kisi bhi vishay ki kamana, apeksha aur chinh‍ta nahian karate, unake jivan nirvah ka sara bhar bhi bhagavanh par rahata hai atah ve sarvashaktiman, sarvajn, sarvadashi, param suhriday bhagavanh hi apane bhakh‍t ka laukik aur paramarthik sab prakar ka yogakshem chalate haian.
  12. ved-shash‍troan mean varnit devata, unaki upasana aur sh‍vargadi ki prapti roop usake phal par jinaka adarapoorvak dridh vishh‍vas ho, unako yahaan ‘shraddha se yukh‍t’ kaha gaya hai aur is visheshan ka prayog karake yah bhav dikhalaya gaya hai ki jo bina shraddha ke damh‍bhapoorvak yajnadi karmoan dvara devataoan ka poojan karate haian, ve is shreni mean nahian a sakate; unaki ganana to asuri prakriti ke manushh‍yoan mean hai.
  13. jis kamana ki siddhi ke liye jis devata ki pooja ka shash‍tr mean vidhan hai, us devata ki shash‍trokh‍t yajnadi karmoan dvara shraddhapoorvak pooja karana ‘doosare devataoan ki pooja karana’ hai samash‍t devata bhi bhagavanh ke hi aangabhoot haian, bhagavanh hi sabake sh‍vami haian aur vash‍tutah bhagavanh hi unake roop mean prakat haian- is tattv ko n janakar un devataoan ko bhagavanh se bhinh‍n samajhakar sakam bhav se jo unaki pooja karana hai, yahi bhagavanh ki ‘avidhipoorvak’ pooja hai.
