sharir ke bhitar rahate hue vah atma jis ashray mean sthit hota hai, usi mean bahy aur abhyantar vishayoan sahit man ko dharan kare. mooladhar adi kis ashray mean chintar karake jab vah sarvasvaroop paramatma ka sakshatkar karata hai, us samay usaka man pratyak sparoop atma se bhinn koee ‘bahy’ vastu nahian rah jata. nirjan van mean indriy samuday ko vash mean karake ekagrachitt ho shabd shoony apane sharir ke bahar aur bhitar pratyek aang mean paripoorn parabrahm paramatma ka chintan kare. dant, talu, jihva, gala, griva, hriday tatha hriday bandhan (na di marg) ko bhi paramatmaroop se chintan kare.

madhusoodan! mere aisa kahane par us medhavi shishy ne pun: jisaka niroopan karana atyant kathin hai, us mokshadharm ke vishay mean poochha- ‘yah baranbar khaya hua ann udar mean pahuanchakar kaise pachata hai? kis tarah usaka ras banata hai aur kis prakar vah rakt ke roop mean parinat ho jata hai? stri sharir mean maans, meda, snayu aur haddiyaan kaise hoti haian? dehadhariyoan ke samast sharir kaise badhate haian? badhate hue sharir ka bal kaise badhata hai? jinaka sab or se avarodh hai, un maloan ka prithak prithak ni:saran kaise hota hai? yah jiv kaise saans leta, kaise achchhvas khianchata aur kis sthan mean rahakar is sharir mean sada vidyaman rahata hai? cheshtashil jivatma is sharir ka bhar kaise vahan karata hai? phir kaise aur kis rang ke sharir ko dharan karata hai. nishpap bhagavan! yah sab mujhe yathartharoop se bataiye.’

shatrudaman mahabahu madhav! us brahman ke is prakar poochhane par maianne jaisa suna tha vaisa hi use bataya. jaise ghar ka saman apane kote mean dalakar bhi manushy unhian ke chintan mean man lagaye rahata hai, usi prakar indriyaroopi chanchal dvadaroan se vicharane vale man ko apani kaya mean hi sthapit karake vahian atma ka anusandhan kare aur pramad ko tyag de. is prakar sada dhyan ke liye prayatn karane vale purush ka chitt shighr hi prasann ho jata hai aur vah us parabrahm paramatma ko prapt kar leta hai, jisaka sakshatkar karake manushy prakriti evan usake vikaroan ko svat: jan leta hai. us paramatma ka in charm chakshuoan se darshan nahian ho sakata, sampoorn indriyoan se bhi usako grahan nahian kiya ja sakata, keval buddhiroopi dipak hi sahayata se hi us mahan atma ka darshan hota hai. vah sab or hath pair vala, sab or netr aur sir vala tatha sab or kan vala hai, kyoanki vah sansar mean sabako vyapt karake sthit hai. tattvajn jiv apane apako sharir se prithak dekhata hai. vah sharir ke bhitar rahakar bhi usaka tyag kare usaki prithakata ka anubhav karake apane svaroop bhoot keval parabrahm paramatma ka chintan karata hua buddhi ke sahayog se atma ka sakshatkar karata hai. us samay vah yah sochakar hansata sa rahata hai ki aho! mrigatrishna mean pratit hone vale jal ki bhaanti mujh mean hi pratit hone vale is sansar ne mujhe ab tak vyarth hi bhram mean dal rakha tha. jo is prakar paramatma ka darshan karata hai, vah usi ka ashray lekar ant mean mujhamean hi mukt ho jata hai. (arthat apane ap mean hi paramatma ka anubhav karane lagata hai.)
