indriyoan ko vishayoan ki or se hatakar man mean aur man ko atma mean sthapit kare. is prakar pahale tivr tapasya karake phir mokshopayogi upay ka avalamban karana chahiye. manishi brahman ko chahiye ki vah sada tapasya mean pravritt evan yatnashil hokar yog shastroan ka upay ka anushthan kare. isase vah man ke dvara ant:karan mean atma ka sakshatkar karata hai. ekant mean rahane vala sadhak purush yadi apane man ko atma mean lagaye rakhane mean saphal ho jata hai to vah avashy hi apane mean atma ka darshan karata hai. jo sadhak sada sanyamaparayan, yogayukt, man ko vash mean karane vala aur jitendriy hai, vahi atma se prerit hokar buddhi ke dvara usaka sakshatkar kar sakata hai. jaise manushy sapane mean kisi aparichit purush ko dekhak jab pun: use jagrat avastha mean dekhata hai, tab turant pahachan leta hai ki ‘yah vahi hai.’ usi prakar sadhan parayan yogi samadhi avastha mean atma ko jis roop mean dekhata hai, usi roop mean usake bad bhi dekhata rahata hai. jaise koee manushy mooanj se siank ko alag karake dikha de, vaise hi yogi purush atma ko is deh se prithak karake dekhata hai. yahaan sharir ko mooanj kaha gaya hai aur atma ko siank. yog vettaoan ne deh aur atma ke parthaky ko samajh ne ke liye yah bahut uttam drishtant diya hai. dehadhari jiv jab yog ke dvara atma ka yatharth roop se darshan kar leta hai, us samay usake oopar tribhuvan ke adhishvar ka bhi adhipaty nahian rahata hai.

vah yogi anani ichchha ke anusar vibhinn prakar ke sharir dharan kar sakata hai, budhapa aur mrityu ko bhi bhaga deta hai, vah n kabhi shok karata hai n harsh. apani iandriyoan ko vash mean rakhane vala yogi purush devataoan ka bhi devata ho sakata hai. vah is anity sharir ka tyag karake avinashi brahm ko prapt hota hai. sampoorn praniyoan ka vinash hone par bhi use bhay nahian hota. sabake klesh uthane par bhi usako kisi se klesh nahian pahuanchata. shantachitt evan ni:sprih yogi asakti aur sneh se prapt hone vale bhayankar du:kh shok tatha bhay se vichalit nahian hota. use shastr nahian biandh sakate, mrityu usake pas nahian pahuanch pati, sansar mean usase badhakar sukhi kahian koee nahian dikhayi deta. vah man ko atma mean lin karake usi mean sthit ho jata hai tatha budhapa ke du:khoan se chhutakara pakar sukh se sota-akshay anand ka anubhav karata hai. vah is manav sharir ka tyag karake ichchhanusar doosare bahut se sharir dharan karata hai. yogajanit aishvary ka upabhog karane vale yogi ko yog se kisi tarah virakt nahian hona chahiye. achchhi tarah yog ka abhyas karake jab yogi apane mean hi atma ka sakshatkar karane lagat hai, us samay vah sakshat indr ke pad ko pane ki ichchha nahiean karata hai. ekant mean dhyan karane vale purush ko jis prakar yog ki prapti hoti hai, vah suno- jo upadesh pahale shruti mean dekha gaya hai, usaka chintan karake jis bhag mean jiv ka nivas mana gaya hai, usi mean man ko bhi sthapit kare. usake bahar kadapi n jane de.
