jo kirti ko pradhanata deta hai aur maryada ke bhitar sthit rahata hai, jo samarthyashali purushoan se dvesh aur anarth nahian karata hai, jo kamana se, bhay se, lobh se athava krodh se bhi dharm ka tyag nahian karata, jisamean karyakushalata tatha avashyakata ke anuroop batachit karane ki poori yogyata ho, vahian purush tumhara pradhanamantri hona chahiye. jo kulin, shilasampann, sahanashil jhoothi atmaprashansa n karane vale, shooravir, shreshth, vidvan tatha kartavy akartavy ko samajhane mean kushal ho, unhean tumhean mantri pad par pratishthit karana chahiye. ve tumharean sabhi karyoan mean niuyakt hone yogy hai. unhean tum satkarapoorvak sukh aur suvidha ki vastuean dena. is prakar adarapoorvak apanaye jane par ve tumhare achchhe sahayak siddh hoange. inhean inaki yogyata ke anurooph karmoan mean poora adhikar dekar laga diya jay to ye b de b de karyoan ke sadhan mean tatpar ho raja ke liye kalyan ki vriddhi kar sakate haian. kyoanki ye sada paraspar ho d lagakar kary karate haian aur ek doosare se salah lekar arth ki siddhi ke vishay mean vichar karate rahate haian.

yudhishthir! tum apane kutumbijanoan se sada usi prakar bhay manana, jaise log mrityu se darate rahate haian. jis prakar p dosi raja apane pas ke raja ki unnati dekh nahian sakata, usi prakar ek kutumbi doosare kutumbi ka abhyuday kabhi nahian sah sakata. mahabaho! jo saral, komal svabhavavala, udar, lajjashil aur satyavadi hai; aise raja ke vinash ka samarthan kutumbi ke siva doosara nahian kar sakata. jisake kutumbi ya sage-sambandhi nahian haian, vah bhi sukhi nahian hota; isaliye kutumbijanoan ki avahelana nahian karani chahiye. bhaee-bandhu ya kutumbijanoan se rahit purush ko doosare log dabate rahate haian. doosaroan ke dabane par us manushy ko usake sage bhaee-bandhu hi sahara dete haian. doosare log kisi sajatiy bandhu ka apaman karean to jati-bhaee usako kisi tarah sahan nahian kar sakate haian. yadi sage-sambandhi bhi kisi purush ka apaman karean to usaki jati ke log use apana hi apaman samajhatean haian. is prakar kutumbijanoan mean gun bhi haian aur avagun bhi dikhayi dete haian. doosari jati ka manushy n anugrah karata haian, n namaskar.

is prakar jati- bhaeeyoan mean bhalaee aur buraee donoan dekhane mean ati haian. raja ka kartavy haian ki vah sada apane jatiy bandhuoan ka vani aur kriya dvara adar-satkar kare. vah pratidin unaka priy hi karata rahean. kabhi koee apriy kary n kare. un par vishvas to n kare; parantu vishvas karane vale ki hi bhaanti sada unake sath bartav kare. unamean dosh hai ya gun isaka nirnay karane ki avashyakata nahian dikhayi deti haian. jo purush sada savadhan rahakar aisa bartav karata hai, usake shatru bhi prasann ho jate haian aur usake sath mitrata ka bartav karane lagate haian. jo kutumbi, sage-sambandhi, mitr, shatru tatha madhyasth vyaktiyoan ki mandali mean sada isi niti se vyavahar karata hai, vah chirakal tak yashasvi bana rahata hai.
