indr ne kaha-rajanh! jo log dasyu-vritti se jivan nirvah karate haian, un sabako apane mata-pita, achary, guru tatha ashramavasi muniyoan ki seva karani chahiye. bhoomipaloan ki seva karana bhi samast dasyuoan ka kartavy hai. vedokt dharm-karmoan ka anushthan bhi unake liye shastravihit dharm hai. pitaroan ka shraddh karana, kuaan khudavana, jalakshetr chalana aur logoan ke thaharane ke liye dharmashalaean banavana bhi unaka kartavy hai. unhean yatha samay brahmanoan ko dan dete rahana chahiye. ahiansa, satyabhashan, krodhashoony bartav, doosaroan ki ajivika tatha bantavare mean mili huee paitrik sampatti ki raksha, stri-putroan ka bharan-poshan, bahar-bhitar ki shuddhi rakhana tatha drohabhavaka tyag karana-yah un sabaka dharm hai. kalyan ki ichchha rakhane vale purush ko sab prakar ke yajnoan ka anushthan karake brahmanoan ko bharapoor dakshina deni chahiye. sabhi dasyuoan ko adhik kharch vala pak yajn karana aur usake liye dhan dena chahiye.

nishpap naresh! is prakar prajapati brahma ne sab manushyoan ke kartavy pahale hi nirdisht kar diye haian. un dasyuoan ko bhi inaka yathavath roop se palan karana chahiye. mandhata bole- bhagavan! manushy lok mean sabhi varnoan tatha charoan ashramoan mean bhi dakoo aur lutere dekhe jate haian, jo vibhinn vesh-bhooshaoan mean apane ko chhipaye rakhate haian. indr bole-nishpap naresh! jab raja ki dushtata ke karan dandaniti nasht ho jati hai aur rajadharm tiraskrit ho jata hai, tab sabhi prani mohavash kartavy aur akartavyaka vivek kho baithate haian. is satyayuug ke samapt ho jane par nana veshadhari asankhy bhikshuk prakat ho jayeange aur log ashramoan ke svaroop ki vibhinn manamani kalpana karane lageange. log kam aur krodh se prerit hokar kumarg par chalane lageange. ve puranaprokt prachin dharmoan ke palan ka jo uttam phal hai, us vishay ki bat nahian suneange. jab mahamanasvi rajalog dandaniti ke dvara papi ko pap karane se rokate rahate haian, tab satsvarooph paramotkrisht sanatan dharmaka hras nahian hota hai. jo manushy sampoorn lokoan ke gurusvarooph raja ka apaman karata hai, usake kiye dan, hom aur shraddh kabhi saphal nahian hote haian.

raja manushyoan ka adhipati, sanatan devasvaroop tatha dharm ki ichchha rakhane vala hota hai. devata bhi usaka apaman nahian karate haian. bhagavan prajapati ne jab is sampoorn jagat ki srishti ki thi, us samay logoan ko satkarm mean lagane aur dushkarm se nivritt karane ke liye unhoanne dharmaraksha ke hetu kshatrabal ko pratishthit karane ki abhilasha ki thi. jo purush pravritti dharm ki gati ka apani buddhi se vichar karata hai, vahi mere liye mananiy aur poojaniy hai; kyoanki usi mean kshatradharm pratishthit hai. bhishmaji kahate haian- rajanh! mandhata ko is prakar upadesh dekar indraroopadhari bhagavan vishnu maroodganoan ke sath avinashi evan sanatan panamapad vishnudham ko chale gaye. nishpap nareshvar! is prakar prachinakal mean bhagavan vishnu ne hi rajadharm ko prachalit kiya aur satpurushoan dvara vah bhalibhaanti acharan mean laya gaya. aisi dasha mean kaun aisa sachet aur bahushrut vidvanh hoga, jo kshatradharm ki avahelana karega? anyayapoorvak kshatriy-dharmaki avahelana karane se pravritti aur nivritti dharm bhi usi prakar bich mean hi nasht ho jate haian, jaise andha manushy raste mean nasht ho jata hai. purushasianh! nishpap yudhishthir! vidhata ka yah ajnachakr (rajadharm) adi kal mean prachalit hua aur poorvavarti mahapurushoan ka param ashray bana raha. tum bhi usi par chalo. maian achchhi tarah janata hooan ki tum is kshatradharm ke marg par chalane mean poornatah samarth ho.
