rajanh! us samay maianne raja vishvavasu se kaha—‘ganh‍dharvaraj! apane yahaan mujhase jo prashh‍n poochhe haian, unaka uth‍tar suniye. ganh‍dharvapate! apane jo vishh‍va aur avishh‍v ith‍yadi kahakar yah prashh‍navali upasthit ki hai, usamean vishh‍va avh‍yakh‍t prakriti ka nam hai. yah sanchar-banh‍dhan mean dalane vali hone ke karan bhoot, bhavishh‍y aur vartaman tinoan kaloan mean bhayankar hai— is bat ko ap achh‍chhi tarah samajh lean. is prakar vishh‍va nam se prasiddh jo avh‍yakh‍t prakriti hai, vah trigunh‍mayi hai; kh‍yoanki vahi trigunath‍mak jagath ko uth‍panh‍n karane vali hai. usase bhinh‍n jo nishh‍kal (kalaoan se rahit) ath‍ma hai, vahi avishh‍v kahalata hai. isi tarah ashh‍v aur ashh‍vaki jo di bhi dekhi jati hai (arthath ashh‍va avh‍yakh‍t prakriti aur ashh‍v purush). avh‍yakh‍t prakriti ko sagun bataya gaya hai aur purush ko nirgun. isi prakar varun ko prakriti samajhana chahiye aur mitr ko purush. (bhautik) jnan shabh‍d se prakriti ka pratipadan kiya gaya hai aur nishh‍kal ath‍ma ko jney bataya gaya hai. isi tarah ajn prakriti hai aur usase bhinh‍n nishh‍kal purush ko ‘jnata’ bataya gaya hai. k, tapa or atapa ke vishay mean jo prashh‍n upasthit kiya gaya hai, usake vishay mean bataya jata hai. purush ko hi ‘k’ kahate haian. prakriti ka hi nam tapa hai aur nishh‍kal purush ko atapa nam diya gaya hai. avh‍yakh‍t prakriti ko soory aur nishh‍kal purush ko atisoory kaha gaya hai. prakriti ko avidya janana chahiye aur purush vidya kahalata hai. isi tarah avedy nam se avh‍yakh‍t prakriti ka aur vedy nam se purush ka pratipadan kiya jata hai. apane jo chal aur achal ke vishay mean prashh‍n kiya hai, usaka bhi uth‍tar suniye. srishti aur sanhar ki karan bhoota prakriti ko ‘chala’ kaha gaya hai aur srishti tatha pralay ka karta purush hi nishh‍chal purush mana gaya hai. usi prakar avh‍yakh‍t prakriti vedy ( janane mean ane vali) hai aur purush avedy (janane mean n ane vala). adhh‍yath‍matath‍v ka nishh‍chayath‍mak jnan rakhane vale vidvanh kahat haian ki prakriti aur purush donoan hi ajn hai, donoan hi nishh‍chal haian aur donoan hi akshay, ajanh‍ma tatha nith‍y haian. jnani purushoan ka kathan hai ki janh‍m grahan karane par bhi kshayarahit hone ke karan yahaan purush ko ajanh‍ma, avinashi aur akshay kaha gaya hai; kh‍yoanki usaka kabhi kshay nahian hota hai. gunoan ka kshay hone ke karan prakriti kshayashil mani gayi hai aur usaka prerak hone ke karan purush ko vidvanoan ne akshay kaha hai. ganh‍dharvaraj! yah maianne apako chauthi anh‍vikshiki vidya, jo moksh mean sahayak hai, batayi hai. vishh‍vavaso! anh‍vikshiki vidyasahit ved-vidyaroopi dhan ka uparjan karake prayath‍napoorvak nith‍yakarm mean sanlagh‍n rahana chahiye. sabhi ved ekanh‍tat: sh‍vadhh‍yay aur manan karane ke yogh‍y mane gaye haian. ganh‍dharvaraj! samash‍t bhoot jisamean sthit haian, jisase uth‍panh‍n hote haur jis mean lin ho jate haian, us ved pratipady jney paramath‍ma ko jo nahian janate hai, ve paramarth se bhrashh‍t hokar janh‍mate aur marate rahate haian. saangopaang ved padhakar bhi jo vedoan ke dvara janane ke yogh‍y parameshh‍var ko nahian janata, vah moodh keval vedoan ka bojh dhone vala hai.
