panratu brahm, dhata aur poosha ki koee kisi tarah bhi pooja archa nahian karate haian; kyoanki ve sampoorn praniyoan ke prati samabhav rakhane ke karan madhyasth, jitendriy evan shanti parayan haian. jo shant svabhav ke manushy haian, ve hi samast karmoan mean in dhata adi ki pooja karate haian. sansar mean kisi bhi aise purush ko maian nahian dekhata, jo ahiansa se jivika chalata ho; kyoanki prabal jiv durbal jivoan dvara jivan-nirvah karate haian. rajanh! nevala choohe ko kha jata hai aur nevale ko vilav, vilav ko kutta aur kutte ko chita chaba jata hai. parantu in sabako manushy marakar kha jata hai. dekho, kaisa kal a gaya hai? yah sampoorn charachar jagath pran ka ann hai. yah sab daiv ka vidhan hai. isamean vidvanh purush ko moh nahian hota hai. rajendr! apako vidhata ne jaisa banaya hai, (jis jati aur kul mean apako janm diya hai) vaisa hi apako hona chahiye. jinamean krodh aur harsh donoan hi nahian rah gaye haian, ye mandabuddhi kshatriy van mean jakar tapasvi ban jate haian, parantu bina hiansa kiye ve bhi jivan nirvah nahian kar pate haian.

jal mean bahutere jiv haian, prithvi par tatha vriksh ke phaloan mean bhi bahut-se ki de hote haian. koee bhi aisa manushy nahian hai, jo inamean se kisi ko kabhi n marata ho. yah sab jivan-nirvah ke siva aur kya hai? kitane hi aise sookshm yoni ke jiv hai, jo anuman se hi jane jate haian. manushy ki palakoan ke girane matr se jinake kandhe toot jate haian (aise jivoan ki hiansa se koee kaha tak bach sakata hai?). kitane hi muni krodh aur eershya se rahit ho gaanv se nikalakar van mean chale jate haian aur vahian mohavash grihasth dharm mean anurakt dikhayi dete haian. manushy dharati ko khodakar tatha aushadhiyoan; vrikshoan, lataoan, pakshiyoan aur pashuoan ka uchchhed karake yajn ka anushthan karate haian aur ve svarg mean bhi chale jate haian. kuntinandan! dand niti ka thik-thik prayog hone par samast praniyoan ke sabhi kary achchhi tarah siddh hote haian, isamean mujhe sanshay nahian hai. yadi sansar mean dand n rahe to yah sari praja nasht ho jay aur jaise jal mean b de matsy chhoti machhaliyoan ko kha jate haian, usi prakar prabal jiv durbal jivoan ko apana ahar bana lean.

brahma ji ne pahale hi is saty ko bata diya hai ki achchhi tarah prayog mean laya hua dand prajajanoan ki raksha karata hai. dekho, jab ag bujhane lagati hai, tab vah phook ki phatakar p dane par dar jati aur dand ke bhay se phir prajvalit ho uthati hai. yadi sansar mean bhale-bure ka vibhag karane vala dand n ho to sab jagah aandher mach jay aur kisi ko kuchh soojh n p de. jo dharm ki maryada nasht karake vedoan ki ninda karane vale nastik manushy haian, ve bhi dande p dane par usase pi dit ho shighr hi rah par a jate haian. maryada-palan ke liye taiyar ho jate haian. sara jagath dand se vivash hokar hi raste par rahata hai; kyoanki svabhavatah sarvatha shuddh manushy milana kathin hai. dand ke bhay se dara hua manushy hi maryada-palan mean pravritt hota hai.
