jab apas mean vair ho jay, tab sandhi karana thik nahian hota. maian ab tak jis uddeshh‍y se yahaan rahi hooan, vah to samaph‍t ho gaya. jo pahale ka apakar karane vala prani hai, vah dan aur man se poojit ho to bhi usaka man vishh‍vash‍t nahian hota. apana kiya hua anuchit karm hi durbal praniyoan ko darata rahata hai. jahaan pahale samh‍man mila ho, vahian pichhe apaman hone lage to prath‍yek shaktishali purush ko pun: samh‍man milane par bhi us sh‍than ka parith‍yag kar dena chahiye. rajan! maian apake ghar mean bahut dinoan tak b de adar ke sath rahi hooan, parantu ab yah vair uth‍panh‍n ho gaya; isaliye maian bahut jalh‍di yahaan se sukhapoorvak chali jaooangi. brahmadatt ne kaha- poojani! jo ek vh‍yakti ke aparadh karane par badale mean sh‍vayan bhi kuchh kare, vah koee aparadh nahian karata- aparadhi nahian mana jata. isase to pahale ka aparadhi rrinamukh‍t ho jata hai; isaliye too yahian rah. kahian mat ja. poojani boli- rajan! jisaka apakar kiya jata hai aur jo apakar karata hai, un dono mean phir mel nahian ho sakata. jo aparadh karata hai aur jis par kiya jata hai un dono ke hi hridayoan mean vah bat khatakati rahati hai.

brahmadatt ne kaha- poojani! badala le lene par to vair shanh‍t ho jata hai aur apakar karane vale ko us pap ka phal bhi nahian bhogana p data; at: aparadh karane aur sahane vale ka mel pun: ho sakata hai. poojani boli- rajan! is prakar kabhi vair shanh‍t nahian hota hai. ‘shatru ne mujhe sanh‍th‍vana di hai’, aisa samajhakar us par kabhi vishh‍vas nahian karana chahiye. aisi avash‍tha mean vishh‍vas karane se jagat mean apane pranoan se bhi (kabhi-n-kabhi) hath dhona p data hai, isaliye vahaan moanh n dikhana hi achh‍chha hai. jo log balapoorvak tikhe shastroan se bhi vash mean nahian kiye ja sakate, unh‍hean bhi mithi vani dvara bandi bana liya jata hai. jaise hathiniyoan ki sahayata se hathi kaid kar liye jate haian.

brahmadatt ne kaha- poojani! pranoan ka nash karane vale bhi yadi ek sath rahane lagean to un mean parash‍par sh‍neh uth‍panh‍n ho jata hai aur ve ek-doosare ka vishh‍vas bhi karane lagate haian; jaise shh‍vapach (chanh‍dal) ke sath rahane se kuth‍te ka usake prati sh‍neh aur vishh‍vas ho jata hai. apas mean jinaka vair ho gaya hai, unaka vah vair bhi ek sath rahane se mridu ho jata hai, at: kamal ke path‍te par jaise jal nahian thaharata hai, usi prakar vah vair bhi tik nahian pata hai.

poojani boli- rajan! vair paanch karanoan se hua karata hai; is bat ka vidvan purush achh‍chhi tarah janate haian. 1. stri ke liye, 2. ghar aur jamin ke liye, 3. kathor vani ke karan, 4. jatigat dvesh ke karan aur 5. kisi samay kiye hue aparadh ke karan. in karanoan se bhi aise vh‍yakti ka vadh nahian karana chahiye jo data ho arthat paropakari ho, visheshat: kshatriy naresh ko chhipakar ya prakat roop mean aise vh‍yakti par hath nahian uthana chahiye. pahale yah vichar kar lena chahiye ki usaka dosh halh‍ka hai ya bhari. usake bad koee kadam uthana chahiye.
