is vishay mean ye shh‍lok prasiddh haian- jo muni sab praniyoan ko abhayadan dekar vicharata hai, usakoan samh‍poorn praniyoan mean kisi se bhi kahian bhay nahian praph‍t hota hai. jo brahman agnihotr ko apane sharir mean aropit karake sharirash‍th agni ke uddeshh‍y se apane mukh mean praph‍t bhiksharoop havishh‍y ka hom karata hai, vah agni–chayan karane vale agnihotriyoan ke lok mean jata hai. jo buddhi ko sankalh‍parahit karake pavitr ho shash‍trokh‍t vidhi ke anusar moksh–ashram (sanyas) ke niyamoan ka palan karata hai, vah manushh‍y bina eeandhan ki ag ke saman param shaant jh‍yotirmay brahmalok ko praph‍t hota hai. bharadvaj ne poochha- brahmanh, is lok se koee shreshh‍th lok suna jata hai; kiantu vah dekhane mean nahian ata . maian use janana chahata hooan, ap use batane ki kripa karean. bhriguji ne kaha- mune! uttaradisha mean himalay ke parshh‍vabhag mean, jo sarvagunasamh‍panh‍n evan punh‍yamay pradesh hai, vahaan ke bhoo–bhagakar shreshh‍th lok bataya jata hai, vah pavitr, kalh‍yanakari aur kamaniy lok hai. vahaan papakarm se rahit, pavitr, ath‍yant nirmal, lobh aur moh se shoonh‍y tatha sab prakar ke upadravoan se rahit manav nivas karate haian. vah desh sh‍varg ke tulh‍y hai. vahaan sabhi shubh gunoan ki sthiti batayi gayi hai. vahaan samay par hi mrith‍yu hoti hai. rog–vh‍yadhi kisi ka sh‍parsh nahian karate hai. vahaan kisi ke man mean parayi striyoan ke prati lobh nahian hota. sab log apani hi striyoan mean anurakh‍t rahate haian. vahaan ke nivasi dhan ke liye ek doosare ka vadh nahian karate. kisi ko bandhann mean nahian dalate. unh‍hean kabhi mahanh vish‍may nahian hota. adharmaka to vahaan nam bhi nahian hai. vahaan kisi ke man mean sandeh nahian paida hota hai. vahaan kiye hue karm ka phal prath‍yaksh upalabh‍dh hota hai. us lok mean kuchh log bade़–bade़ mahaloan mean rahate, achh‍chhe asanoanpar baithate aur uth‍tamoth‍tam vash‍tuऍ khate-pite haian. samash‍t kamanaoan se samh‍panh‍n aur suvarnamay abhooshanoan se vibhooshit hote hai tatha kuchh logoan ko pranadharanamatr ke liye bhojan praph‍t hota hai, kuchh log bade़ parishram se tapomay jivan vh‍yatit karate hue pran dharan karate haian (is prakar vah lok is lok se sarvatha uth‍krishh‍t hai)[1]. is manushh‍y lok mean kuchh manushh‍y dharmaparayan hote haian to kuchh bade़ bhari thag nikalate haian . isiliye koee sukhi or koee dukhi hote haian. kuchh dhanavanh aur kuchh log nirdhan ho jate haian. ihalok mean shram, bhay, loh aur tivr bhookh ka kashh‍t hota hai. manushh‍yoan mean dhan ka lobh vishesh hota hai, jisase ajnani puroosh moh mean p d jate haian. is desh mean dharm aur adharm karane vale manushh‍yoan ke vishay mean nana prakar ki batean suni jati haian. jo dharm aur adharm donoan ke parinam ko janata hai, vah vidvanh puroosh pap se liph‍t nahian hota hai. kapat, shathata, chori, nianda doosaroan ke dosh dekhana, doosaroan ko hani pahuanchana, praniyoan ki hiansa karana, chugali khana aur jhooth bolana- jo in duhrgunoan ka sevan karata hai, usaki tapash‍ya kshin hoti hai aur jo vidvanh in doshoan ko kabhi apane acharan mean nahian lata, usaki tapash‍ya nirantar badhati r‍hati hai.

  1. achary nilakanth ne ‘uttare himavatpashvean’ ityadi se lekar is adhyay ke ant tak ke shlokoan ka adhyatmik arth kiya hai. ve paralok ya utkrisht lok ka arth paramatma manate hai aur isi drishti se unhoanne shruti aur yukti ka ashray le poore prakaran ki sangati lagayi haian.
