jo sh‍vayan dharm ka anusaran evan acharan karake shishh‍yoan dvara upasit hokar unh‍hean dharm ka upadesh dete hai; dharm ke sankshep evan vish‍tar ko janane vale un gurujanoan ka is vishay mean kh‍ya nirnay hai, ise tum nahian janate. parth! us nirnay ko n janane vala manushh‍y karttavh‍y aur akarttavh‍y ke nishchay mean tumh‍hare hi saman asamarth, vivek shoony evan mohit ho jata hai. karttavh‍y aur akarttavh‍y ka jnan kisi tarah bhi anayas hi nahian ho jata hai. vah sab shastr se jana jata hai aur shash‍tr ka tumh‍hean pata hi nahian hai. kunh‍tinanh‍dan! tum ajnanavash apane ko dharmajn manakar jo dharm ki raksha karane chale ho, usamean pranihiansa ka pap hai, yah bat tumh‍hare jaise dharmik ki samajh mean nahian ati hai. tat! mere vichar se praniyoan ki hiansa n karana hi sabase shreshth dharm hai. kisi ki pranaraksha ke liye jhooth bolana p de to bol de, kiantu usaki hiansa kisi tarah n hone de. narashreshth! tum doosare gavaanr manushh‍y ke saman apane b de bhaee dharmajn naresh ka vadh kaise karoge. manad! jo yuddh n karata ho, shatruta n rakhata ho, sangram se vimukh hokar bhaga ja raha ho, sharan mean ata ho, hath jo dakar ashray mean a p da ho tatha asavadhan ho, aise manushh‍y ka vadh karana shreshth purush achh‍chha nahian samajhate haian. tumh‍hare b de bhaee mean uparyukt sabhi batean haian. parth! tumane nasamajh balak ke saman pahale koee pratijna kar li thi, isaliye tum moorkhatavash adharmayukt kary karane ko taiyar ho gaye ho. kunh‍tikumar! batao to tum dharm ke sookshh‍m evan durbodh sh‍varup ka achh‍chhi tarah vichar kiye bina hi apane jh‍yeshth bhrata ka vadh karane ke liye kaise dau d p de.

shrikrishn bole- panh‍dunanh‍dan! maian tumh‍hean yah dharm ka rahash‍y bata raha hooan. dhananjay! pitamah bhishh‍m, panh‍duputr yudhishthir, vidur ji tath‍v ka upadesh kar sakate haian, usi ko maian thik-thik bata raha hooan. ise dhh‍yan dekar suno. sath‍y bolana uttam hai. sath‍y se badhakar doosara kuchh nahian hai; parantu yah samajh lo ki sath‍purushoan dvara acharan mean laye hue sath‍y ke yatharth sh‍varup ka jnan ath‍yanh‍t kathin hota hai. jahaan mithh‍ya bolane ka parinam sath‍y bolane ke saman mangalakarak ho athava jahaan sath‍y bolane ka parinam asath‍y bhashan ke saman anishtakari ho, vahaan sath‍y nahian bolana chahiye. vahaan asath‍y bolana hi uchit hoga. vivah kal mean, sh‍triprasang ke samay, pranoan par sankat ane par, sarvash‍v ka apaharan hote samay tatha brahman ki bhalaee ke liye avashh‍yakata ho to asath‍y bol de; in paanch avasaroan par jhooth bolane se pap nahian hota. jab kisi ka sarvash‍v chhina ja raha ho to use bachane ke liye jhooth bolana karttavh‍y hai. vahaan asath‍y hi sath‍y aur sath‍y hi asath‍y ho jata hai. jo moorkh hai, vahi yathakathanchit vh‍yavahar mean laye hue ek jaise sath‍y ko sarvatr avashh‍yak samajhata hai. keval anushthan mean laya gaya asath‍yarup sath‍y bolane yogh‍y nahian hota, at: vaisa sath‍y n bole. pahale sath‍y aur asath‍y ka achh‍chhi tarah nirnay karake jo parinam mean sath‍y ho usaka palan kare. jo aisa karata hai, vahi dharm ka jnata hai.
