sevakoan ko unake yogh‍y sh‍than par niyukh‍t karane, kulin aur sath‍purushoan ka sangrah karane, kosh badhane tatha sabaki dekhabhal karane ke liye raja ko prerana


bhishh‍m ji kahate haian- yudhishthir! is prakar jo raja gunavanh bhrith‍yoan ko apane-apane sh‍than par rakhate hue karyoan mean lagata hai, vah rajh‍y ke yatharth phal ka bhagi hota hai. pahale kahe hue itihas se yah siddh hota hai ki kutta apane sh‍than ko chho dakar ooancha chadh jay to n vah vishh‍vas ke yogh‍y rah jata hai aur n kabhi usaka sath‍kar hi hota hai. kutte ko usaki jagah se uthakar ooancha kadapi n bithave; kh‍yoki vah doosare kisi uanche sh‍than par chadhakar pramad karane lagata hai (isi prakar kisi hin kul ke manushh‍y ko usaki yogh‍yata aur maryada se uancha sh‍than mil jay to vah ahankaravash uchh‍chhriankhal ho jata hai.) jo apani jati ke gun se samh‍panh‍n ho apane varnochit karmoan mean hi lage rahate hoan, unh‍hean manh‍tri banana chahiye; kiantu kisi ko bhi usaki yogh‍yata se bahar ke kary mean niyukh‍t karana uchit nahian hai. jo raja apane sevakoan ko unaki yogh‍yata ke anurup kary saupata hai, vah bhrith‍y ke gunoan se samh‍panh‍n ho uttam phal ka bhagi hota hai. sharabh ko sharabh ki jagah, balavanh sianh ko sianh ke sh‍than mean, bagh ko bagh ki jagah tatha chite ko chite ke sh‍than par niyukh‍t karana chahiye (tath‍pary yah ki charoan varnoan ke logoan ko unaki maryada ke anusar kary dena uchit hai. sab sevakoan ko unake yogh‍y kary mean hi lagana chahiye. karmaphal ki ichh‍chha karane vale raja ko chahiye ki vah apane sevakoan ko aise karyoan mean n niyukh‍t kare, jo unaki yogh‍yata aur maryada ke pratikul p date hoan. jo buddhihin naresh maryada ka ulh‍laghann karake apane bhrith‍yoan ko pratikul karyoan mean lagata hai, vah praja ko prasanh‍n nahian rakh sakata. uttam gunoan ki ichh‍chha rakhane vale naresh ko chahiye ki vah un sabhi manushh‍yoan ko kam mean n lagavean, jo moorkh, nich, buddhihin, ajitendriy aur nindit kul mean uth‍panh‍n hue hoan. sadhu, kulin, shooravir, jnanavanh, adoshadarshi, chatur, sh‍vabhavik shubh gunoan se samh‍panh‍n tatha apane-apane pad par ninh‍da se rahit hoan, ve hi rajaoan ke bahy sevak hone yogh‍y haian. sianh ke pas sada sianh hi sevak rahe. yadi sianh ke sath sianh se bhinh‍n prani rahane lagata hai to vah sianh ke tulh‍y hi phal bhogane lagata hai. kiantu jo sianh kuttoan se ghira rahakar sianhochit karm evan phal mean anurakh‍t rahata hai, vah kuttoan se upasit hone ke karan sianhochit karmaphal ka upabhog nahian kar sakata. narenh‍dr! isi prakar shooravir, vidvan, bahushrut aur kulin purushoan ke sath rahakar hi sari prithh‍vi par vijay payi ja sakati hai.

bhrith‍yavanoan mean shreshh‍th yudhishthir! bhoopaloan ko chahiye ki apane pas aise kisi bhrith‍y ka sangrah n karean, jo vidyahin, saralata se rahit, moorkh aur daridr ho. jo manushh‍y sh‍vami ke kary mean tath‍par rahane vale haian, ve dhanush se chhoote hue ban ke saman lakshh‍yasiddhi ke liye age badhate haian. jo sevak raja ke hit-sadhan mean sanlagh‍n rahate hoan, raja madhur vachan bolakar unh‍hean proth‍sahan deta rahe.rajaoan ko poora prayath‍n karake niranh‍tar apane kosh ki raksha karani chahiye; kh‍yoanki kosh hi unaki j d haian, kosh hi unh‍hean age badhanevala hota hai.

yudhishthir! tumh‍hara anh‍n-bhanh‍dar sada pushtikarak anajoan se bhara rahana chahiye aur usaki raksha ka bhar shreshh‍th purushoan ko sauanp dena chahiye. tum sada dhan-dhanh‍y ki vriddhi karane vale bano. tumh‍hare sabhi sevak sada udyogashil tatha yuddh ki kala mean kushal hoan. gho doan ki savari karane tatha unh‍hean haankane mean bhi unako vishesh chatur hona chahiye. kauravananh‍dan! tum jati bhaiyoan par khh‍yal rakho, mitroan aur samh‍bandhiyoan se ghire raho tatha puravasiyoan ke kary aur hit ki siddhi ka upay dhooandha karo. tat! yah maianne tumh‍hare nikat prajapalan-vishayak sthir buddhi ka pratipadan kiya hai aur kutte ka drishh‍tanh‍t samane rakha hai, ab aur kh‍ya sunana chahate ho?

is prakar shrimahabharat shantiparv ke anh‍tagart rajadharmanushasanaparv mean kutta aur rrishi ka sanvadavishayak ek sau unh‍nisavaan adhh‍yay poora hua.
