bharatashreshh‍th! jo apane kamoan ko vyarth hi phailata hai, sarvatr sandeh karata hai tatha shighr hone vale kam mean bhi der lagata hai, vah moodh hai. jo pitaroan ka shraddh aur devataoan ka poojan nahian karata tatha jise suhrid mitr nahian milata, use moodh chitt vala kahate haian. moodh chitt vala adham manushh‍y bina bulaye hi bhitar chala ata hai, bina poochhe hi bahut bolata hai tatha avishh‍vasaniy manushh‍y par bhi vishh‍vas karata hai. svayan doshayukt bartav karate hue bhi jo doosare par usake dosh batakar akshep karata hai tatha jo asamarth hote hue bhi vyarth ka krodh karata hai, vah manushh‍y mahamoorkh hai. jo apane bal ko n samajhakar bina kam kiye hi dharm aur arth se viruddh tatha n pane yogy vastu ki ichchha karata hai, vah purush is sansar mean moodh buddhi kahalata hai. rajan! jo anadhikari ko upadesh deta aur shoony ki upasana karata hai tatha jo kripan ka ashray leta hai, use moodh chitt vala kahate haian jo bahut dhan, vidya tatha aishh‍vary ko pakar bhi uddanh‍datapoorvak nahian chalata, vah pandit kahalata hai. jo apane dvara bharan-poshan ke yogy vyaktiyoan ko baante bina akele hi uttam bhojan karata aur achchha vastr pahanata hai, usase badhakar kroor kaun hoga?

manushh‍y akela pap kar ke dhan kamata hai aur us dhan ka upabhog bahut-se log karate haian. upabhog karane vale to dosh se chhoot jate haian, par usaka karta dosh ka bhagi hota hai. kisi dhanurdhar vir ke dvara chho da hua ban sambhav hai, ek ko bhi mare ya n mare. parantu buddhiman dvara prayukt ki huee buddhi raja ke sath-sath sampoorn rashh‍tr ka vinash kar sakati hai. ek buddhi se do (kartavy aur akartavy) ka nishh‍chay karake (char sam, dan, bhed,danh‍d) se tin (shatru, mitr tatha udasin) ko vash mean kijiye. paanch (indriyoan) ko jitakar chh: (sandhi, vigrah, yan, asan, dvaidhibhav aur samashrayaroop) gunoan ko janakar tatha sat (stri, jooa, mrigaya, mady, kathor vachan, danh‍d ki kathorata aur anyay se dhanoparjan) ko chho dakar sukhi ho jaiye[1]

vish ka ras ek (pine vale) ko hi marata hai, shastr se ek ka hi vadh hota hai; kiantu gupt mantrana ka prakashit hona rashh‍tr aur praja ke sath hi raja ka bhi vinash kar dalata hai. akele svadishh‍t bhojan n kare, akele kisi vishay ka nishchay n kare, akele rasta n chale aur bahut se log soye hoan to unamean akela n jagata rahe. rajan! jaise samuhdr ke par jane ke liye nav hi ekamatr sadhan hai, usi prakar svarg ke liye saty hi ekamatr sopan hai, doosara nahian; kiantu ap ise nahian samajh rahe haian. kshamashil purushoan mean ek hi dosh ka arop hota hai, doosare ki to sambhavana hi nahian hai. vah dosh yah hai ki kshamashil manushh‍y ko log asamarth samajh lete haian. kiantu kshamashil purush ka vah dosh nahian manana chahiye; kyoanki kshama bahut b da bal hai. kshama asamarth manushh‍yoan ka gun tatha samarthoan ka bhooshan hai.
