phir punyakarmoan ke kshin hone par yadi vah mrityu lok mean janm leta hai, to usake oopar badhaoan ka akraman kam hota hai. vah nirbhay ho sukh se apani unnati karata hai. sukh ka bhagi hokar ayas aur udveg se rahit jivan vyatit karata hai. devi! yah satpurushoan ka marg hai, jahaan kisi prakar ki vighn-badha nahian ane pati hai.

parvati ji ne poochha- bhagavan! in manushyoan mean se kuchh to oohapoh mean kushal, jnan-vijnan se sampann, buddhiman aur arthanipun dekhe jate haian. dev! kuchh doosare manav jnan-vijnan se shoony aur durbuddhi dikhayi dete haian. aisi dasha mean manushy kaun-sa vishesh karm karane se buddhiman ho sakata hai? viroopaksh! manushy mandabuddhi kaise hota hai? sampoorn dharmajnoan mean shreshth mahadev! ap mere is sandeh ka nivaran kijiye. dev! kuchh log janmandh, kuchh rog se pi dit aur kitane hi napuansak dekhe jate haian. isaka kya karan hai? yah mujhe bataiye.

shrimahadev ji ne kaha- devi! jo kushal manushy siddh, vedavetta aur dharmajn brahmanoan se pratidin unaki kushal poochhate haian aur ashubh karm ka parityag karake shubhakarm ka sevan karate haian, ve paralok mean svarg aur ihalok mean sada sukh pate haian. aise acharan vala purush yadi svarg se lautakar phir manushy yoni mean ata hai to vah medhavi hota hai. shastr usaki buddhi ka anusaran karata hai, atah vah sada kalyan ka bhagi hota hai. jo parayi striyoan ke prati sada doshabhari drishti dalate haian, us dusht svabhav ke karan ve janmandh hote haian. jo dooshit hriday se kisi nangi stri ki or niharate haian, ve papakarmi manushy is lok mean rog se pi dit hote haian. jo durachari, durbuddhi evan moodh manushy pashu adi ki yoni mean maithun karate haian, ve purushoan mean napuansak hote haian. jo pashuoan ki hatya karate, guru ki shayya par sote aur varnasankar jati ki striyoan se samagam karate haian, ve manushy napuansak hote haian.

parvati ne poochha- devashreshth! kaun sadosh karm haian aur kaun nirdosh, kaun-sa karm karake manushy kalyan ka bhagi hota hai?

shrimaheshvar ne kaha- jo shreshth marg ko pane ki ichchha rakhakar sada hi brahmanoan se usake vishay mean poochhata hai, dharm ka anveshan karata aur sadgunoan ki abhilasha rakhata hai, vahi svargalok ke sukh ka anubhav karata hai. devi! aisa manushy yadi kabhi manav yoni ko prapt hota hai to vahaan prayah medhavi evan dharan shakti se sampann hota hai. devi! yah satpurushoan ka dharm hai, use kalyanakari manana chahiye. maianne manushyoan ke hit ke liye is dharm ka tumhean bhalibhaanti upadesh kiya hai.

parvati ne poochha- bhagavan! doosare bahut-se aise manushy haian, jo alpabuddhi hone ke karan dharm se dvesh karate haian. vedavetta brahmanoan ke pas nahian jana chahate haian. kuchh manushy vratadhari, shraddhalu aur dharmaparayan hote haian tatha doosare vratahin, niyamabhrasht tatha rakshasoan ke saman hote haian. kitane hi yajnashil hote haian aur doosare manushy hom aur yajn se door hi rahate haian. kis karmavipak se manushy is prakar paraspar virodhi svabhav ke ho jate haian? yah mujhe bataiye.
