itana hi nahian, un brahmanoan ke putroan ka vedadhyayan bhi nahian ho pata. jo kshatriy brahmanoan ko tyag dete haian, unake ghar mean kabhi dhan ki vriddhi nahian hoti. unaki santanean n to padhati hai aur n yajn hi karati haian. ve padabhrasht hokar dakuoan ki bhaanti lutapat karane lagate haian. ve doannoan brahyan aur kshatriy sada ek-doosare se milakar rahean, tabhi ve ek-doosare ki raksha karane mean samarth hote haian. brahyan ki unnati ka adhar kshatriy hota hai aur kshatriy ki unnati ka adhar brahyan. ye donoan jatiyaan jab sada ek-doosare ke ashrit hokar rahati haian, tab b di bhari pratishtha prapt karati haian aur yadi inaki prachin kal se chali ati huee maitri tut jati hai, to sara jagath mohagrast evan kiankartavyavimoodh ho jata hai. jaise mahanh evan agadh samudr mean tooti huee nauka par nahian pahuanch pati, usi prakar us avastha mee manushy apani jivan yatra ko kushalapoorvak poorn nahian kar pate haian. charoan varnoan ki praja par moh chha jata hai aur vah nasht hone lagati haian.

brahmanaroopi vriksh ki yadi raksha ki jati hai to vah madhur sukh aur suvarn ki varsha karata hai aur yadi usaki raksha nahian ki gayi to usase nirantar du;kh ke aansuoan aur pap ki vrishti hoti hai. jahaan brahmachari brahman luteroan ke upadrav se vivash ho ved ki shakha ke svadhyay se vanchit hota hai aur usake liye apani raksha chahata hai, vahaan indradev yadi pani barasavean to ashchary ki hi bat hai ( vahaan prayah varsha nahian hoti hai ) tatha mahamari aur durbhiksh adi duahsah upadrav a pahuanchate hai. jab papatma manushy kisi stri athava brahman ki hatya karake logoan ki sabha mean sadhuvad ya prashansa pata hai tatha raja ke nikat bhi pap se bhay nahian manata, us samay kshatriy raja ke liye bada़ bhari bhay upasthit hota hai. ilanandan! jab bahut-se papi papachar karane lagate haian, tab ye sanharakari rudradev prakat ho jate haian. papatma purush apane papoan dvara hi rudr ko prakat karate haian; phir ve rudradev sadhu aur asadhu sab logoan ka sanhar kar dalate haian.

pururavane poochha- kashyapaji! ye rudradev kahaan se ate haian, aur kaise haian? is jagat mean to praniyoan dvara hi praniyoan ka vadh hota dekha jata hai; phir ye rudradev kisase utprann hote haian? ye sab batean mujhe bataiye. kashyap ne kaha- rajanh! ye rudradev manushyoan ke hriday mean atmaroop se nivas karate haian aur samay ane par apane tatha doosare ke shariroan ka nash karate haian. vidvanh purush rudr ko utpat-vayu (toophani hava) ke saman vegavanh kahate haian aur unaka roop badaloan ke saman batate haian. puroorava ne kaha- koee bhi hava kisi ko avrit nahian karati hai, n akele megh hi pani barasata hai, roodadev bhi varsha nahian karate haian. jaise vayu aur badal ko akash mean sanyukt dekha jata hai, usi prakar manushyoan mean atma man, indriy adi se sanyukt hi dekha jata haian aur vah rag ddhesh ke karan mohagrasth hota hai tatha mara jata hai.
