un manishi purushoan ke liye ye tatha aur bhi bahut se nana prakar ke niyam shash‍troan mean bataye gaye haian. chau‍the sannh‍yas ashram mean vihit jo upanishadh pratipadit sham, dam, uparati, titishra aur samadhanaroop dharm hai, vah sabhi ashramoan ke liye sadharan mana gaya hai, usaka palan sabhi ashram valoan ko karana chahiye; kiantu chauthe ashram sannh‍yas ka vishesh dharm hai, vah vanaprash‍th aur grihash‍th se bhinh‍n hai. tat! is yug mean bhi sarvarthadarshi brahmanoan ne is vanaprash‍th dharm ka palan evan prasar kiya. agash‍th‍y, saph‍tarshigan, madhuchh‍chhanh‍d, aghamarshan, saansh‍kriti, sudiva, tandi, yathavas, akritashram, ahoviry, kavh‍y (shukrachary), tanh‍day, medhatithi, budh, shaktishali karn nirvak, shoonh‍yapal aur kritashram- in sabane is dharm ka palan kiya, jisase ye sabhi sh‍vargalok ko praph‍t hue. tat! jinaki tapash‍ya ugr hai, jinh‍hoanne dharm ki nipunata ko dekha aur anubhav kiya hai, un rrishiyoan ke yayavar namak gan bhi vanaprash‍thi haian, jinh‍hean dharm ke phal ka prath‍yaksh anubhav hai ve tatha aur bhi asankhh‍y vanavasi brahman, balakhilh‍y aur saikat nam vale doosare muni bhi vaikhanas (vanaprash‍th) dharm ka palan karane vale haian. ye sab brahman pray: upavas adi kh‍leshadayak karm karane ke karan laukik sukh se rahit the. sada dharm mean tath‍par rahate aur indriyoan ko vash mean rakhate the.
