chintan man ka aur nishchay buddhi ka lakshan hai, kyoanki manushy is jagat mean man ke dvara chintan ki huee vastuoan ka buddhi se hi nishchay karate haian, nishchay ke dvara hi buddhi janane mean ati hai, isamean sandeh nahian hai. man ka lakshan dhyan hai aur shreshth purush ka lakshan bahar se vyakt nahian hota (vah svasanvedy hua karata hai). yog ka lakshan pravritti aur sannyas ka lakshan jnan hai. isaliye buddhiman purush ko chahiye ki vah jnan ka ashray lekar yahaan sannyas grahan kare. jnanayukt sannyas maut aur budhapa ko laanghakar sab prakar ke dvandvoan se pare ho ajnanandhakar ke par pahuanchakar paramagati ko prapt hota hai.

maharshiyo! yah maianne tum logoan se lakshanoan sahit dharm ka vidhivat varnan kiya. ab yah batala raha hooan ki kis gun ko kis indriy se thik-thik grahan kiya jata hai. prithvi ka jo gandh namak gun hai, usaka nasika ke dvara grahan hota hai aur nasika mean sthit vayu us gandh ka anubhav karane mean sahayak hoti hai. jal ka svabhavik gun ras hai, jisaka jihva ke dvara grahan kiya jata hai aur jihva mean sthit chandrama us ras ke asvadan mean sahayak hota hai. tej ka gun roop hai aur vah netr mean sthit soory devata ki sahayata se netr ke dvara sada dekha jata hai. vayu ka svabhavik gun sparsh hai, jisaka tvacha ke dvara jnan hota hai aur tvacha mean sthit vayudev us sparsh ka anubhav karane mean sahayak hota hai. akash ke gun shabd ka kanoan ke dvara grahan hota hai aur kan mean sthit sampoorn dishaean shabd ke shravan mean sahayak batayi gayi haian. man ka gun chintan hai, jisaka buddhi ke dvara grahan kiya jata hai aur hriday mean sthit chetan (atma) man ke chintan kary mean sahayata deta hai. nishchay ke dvara buddhi ka aur jnan ke dvara mahattattv ka grahan hota hai. inake karyoan se hi inaki satta ka nishchay hota hai aur isi se inhean vyakt mana jata hai, kiantu vasvat mean to atindriy hone ke karan ye buddhi adi avyakt hi haian, isamean sanshay nahian hai.

nity kshetrajn atma ka koee jnapan liang nahian hai, kyoanki vah (svayan prakash aur) nirgun hai. at: kshetrajn aliang (kisi vishesh lakshan se rahit) hai, at: keval jnan hi usaka lakshan (svaroop) mana gaya hai. gunoan ki utpatti aur lay ke karan bhoot avyakt prakriti ko kshetr kahate haian. maian usamean sanlagn hokar sada use janata aur sunata hooan. atma kshetr ko janata hai, isaliye vah kshetrajn kahalata hai. kshetrajn adi, madhy aur ant se yukt samast utpattishil achetan gunoan ke kary ko aur unaki kriya ko bhi bhali-bhaanti janata hai, kiantu baranbar utpann hone vale gun atma ko nahian jan pate. jo gunoan aur gunoan ke karyoan se atyant pare haian, us param mahan satyasv roop kshetrajn ko koee nahian janata, parantu vah sabako janata hai. at: is lok mean jisake doshoan ka kshay ho gaya hai, vah gunatit dharmajn purush sattv (buddhi) aur gunoan ka parityag karake kshetrajn ke shuddh svaroop paramatma mean pravesh kar jata hai. kshetrajn sukh-dukhadi dvandvoan se rahit, kisi ko namaskar n karane vala, svahakar roop yajnadi karm n karane vala, achal aur aniket hai. vahi mahan vibhu hai.
