indriyoan, unake vishayoan aur panch mahabhootoan ki ekata ka vichar karake use man mean achchhi tarah dharan kar lena chahiye. man ke kshin hone ke sath hi sab vastuoan ka kshay ho jane par manushy ko janm ke sukh (laukik sukh bhog adi) ki ichchha nahian hoti. jinaka ant:karan jnan se sampann hota hai, un vidvanoan ko usi mean sukh ka anubhav hota hai. maharshigan! ab maian man ki sookshm bhavana ko jagrat karane vali kalyanamayi nivritti ke vishay mean upadesh deta hooan, jo komal aur kathor bhav se samast praniyoan mean rahati hai. jahaan gun hote hue bhi nahian ke barabar haian, jo abhiman se rahit aur ekantacharya se yukt haian tatha jisamean bhed drishti ka sarvatha abhav haian, vahi brahmamay bartav batalaya gaya hai, vahi samast sukhoan ka ekamatr adhar hai.

jaise kachhua apane aangoan ko sab or se samet leta hai, usi prakar jo vidvan manushy apani sampoorn kamanaoan ka sab or se sankuchit karake rajogun se rahit ho jata hai, vah sab prakar ke bandhanoan se mukt evan sada ke liye sukhi ho jata hai. jo kamanaoan ko apane bhitar lin karake trishna se rahit, ekagrachitt tatha sampoorn praniyoan ka suhrid aur mitr hota hai, vah brahm prapti ka patr ho jata hai. vishayoan ki abhilasha rakhane vali samast indriyoan ko rokakar jan samuday ke sthan ka parityag karane se muni ka adhyatm jnanaroopi tej adhik prakashit hota hai. jaise eeandhan dalane se ag prajvalit hokar atyant uddipt dikhayi deti hai, usi prakar indriyoan ka nirodh karane se paramatma ke prakash ka vishesh anubhav hone lagata hai. jis samay yogi prasannachit hokar sampoorn praniyoan ko apane ant:karan mean sthit dekhane lagata hai, us samay vah svayanjyoti svaroop hokar sookshm se bhi sookshm sarvottam paramatma ko prapt hota hai.

agni jisaka roop hai, rudhir jisaka pravah hai, pavan jisaka sparsh hai, prithvi jisamean ha d-maans adi kathor roop mean prakat hai, akash jisaka kan hai, jo rog aur shok se charoan or se ghira hua hai, jo paanch pravahoan se avrit hai, jo paanch bhootoan se bhali-bhaanti yukt hai, jisake nau dvar haian, jisake do (jiv aur eeshvar) devata haian, jo rajogunamay, adrishy (nashavanh), (sukh du:kh aur moharoop) tin gunoan se tatha vat, pitt aur kaph in tin dhatuoan se yukt hai, jo sansarg mean rat aur j d hai, usako sharir samajhana chahiye. jisaka sampoorn lok mean vicharan karana du:khad hai, jo buddhi ke ashrit hai, vahi is lok mean kalachakr hai. yah kalachakr aur agadh aur moh nam se kaha jane vala b da bhari samudr roop hai. yah devataoan ke sahit samast jagat ka sankshep aur vistar karata hai tatha sabako jagata hai. sada indriyoan ke nirodh se manushy kam, krodh, bhay, lobh, droh aur asaty- in sab dustyaj avagunoan ko tyag deta hai. jisane is lok mean tin gunoan vale paanchabhautik deh ka abhiman tyag diya hai, use apane hridayakash mean par brahmaroop uttam pad ki upalabdhi hoti hai- vah moksh ko prapt ho jata hai.
