teshamevanukamparthamh ahamajnanajan tamah. bahar ke mashal dikha rahe haian ye, soory-chandrama ke roop mean dikha rahe haian ye, aankhoan ke dvara bhi dikha rahe haian vahi aur buddhi ke dvara bhi dikhate haian vahi! yadi ham apane chitt ko mane man aur buddhi ko n laga sakean to abhyas-yog karana chahie. yog shabd ka jab prayog hota hai tab vah vastu bhagavan ke lie ho jati hai. jnan to sab vishayoan ka hota hai parantu jab bhagavan ka jnan hoga tab usaka nam jnanayog. matri-bhakti, pitri-bhakti, desh -bhakti, svami-bhakti sab bhakti hoti hai parantu jahaan bhakti ke sath yog laga, vah bhagavan ke sath ju d gayi. bhaktiyog mane bhagavan ke sath vivah. bhagavan ke sath prem. karm bhi-jab tak karm hai jab tak bhagavan ke lie nahian hota, bhagavan se ju dane ke bad yog ho jata hai. bhakti bhi jab tak matri-bhakti, pitri-bhakti hai, jab tak mata-pita mean bhagavan ka darshan nahian hota, yog nahian, bhagavan ka darshan hone par matribhakti, pitribhakti bhi yog ho jati hai. deshabhakti bhi yog ho jati hai. abhyas-yog to karana hai par jo kamar patali karane ke lie ‘joga’ kiya jata hai-vah nahian-vah doosara hai. aur bhagavan se milane ke lie jo abhyas kiya jata hai vah doosara hai. barambar-barambar abhyas karo. paanch sekend se abhyas shuroo karo, ek minat tak badha lo. ek minat hone mean barah din lageange. ab isi tarah ap badhate jaiye. isamean kathinaee kya hai?
ek mahina chhah din mean tin minat ho jayega. kahaan-se-kahaan pahuanch jayeange. mool bat yah hai ki ham chahate hi nahian hai. isalie dekho- abhyasayogen tato mamichchhaptuan dhananjay. |
