manushy ki buddhi thik-thik kam karane lag jaye, galat raste par n jaye, apane kaboo mean rahe, isake lie gita yog ka upadesh karati hai. gita ka yog buddhi ko santulit -sam rakhane mean poora hota hai. apake samane samadhi ki charcha ho chuki hai. samadhi shabd ka ek arth hota hai qabr mean daphanana. sadhu log jab marate haian to unako samadhi di jati hai. unaki antyeshti kriya ka nam samadhi hota hai. yog mean samadhi shabd ka tatpary hota hai anatmaka nivaran karake jnanasvaroop atma ki pratishtha, avichal shanti ka sakshatkar aur drashta ka svaroop mean avasthan. vedant mean samadhan shabd ka vilakshan hai. sham, dam, uparati, titiksha, shraddha, samadhan. apako ham gita ki yog-sambandhi bhoomi ka sunate haian. doosaroan ke sath vyavahar ka jo samadhan hai, thik-thik vyavahar hai, vyavahar-samadhi hai, usaka nam hai yam. apane charitr ka jo samadhan hai, usaka nam hai niyam- shauch, tapasya, santosh eeshvar-pranidhan. deh ka jo samadhan hai usaka nam hai, usaka nam hai asan- panchabhootoan se ekatmakata kriya ka jo samadhan hai, usaka nam hai pratyahar. man ka jo samadhan hai usaka nam hai dharana. mane ko usake svachchhand avagaman hai bhoot, bhavishy ki chinta se rok lene vale kal-samadhan ka nam hai dhyan. buddhi mean jo bhed bhara rahata hai, usako mita dene vali vastu ka nam hai samadhi. jo sabase alag ho sakata hai, vahi vyavahar mean rag: dvesh se mukt ho sakata hai. vah vyakti yogi nahian ho sakata jo itana bandha hua hai ki dushman ki dushmani n chho d sake aur dost ki dosti n chho de sake, jise dost galat-se galat jagah mean ghasitakar le jaye aur jo dushman ke lie svayan galat-se-galat jagah mean chala jaye. to chitt ke samadhan ke lie yah - vyavahar ki shuddhi, niyam - charitr ki shuddhi, asan-shuddhi, pranayam-kriya ki shuddhi, pratyahar-indriyoan ki shuddhi, niyam-charitr ki shuddhi, asan-sharir ki shuddhi, kalavistar ki shuddhi aur samadhi-vastu : vistar shuddhi anivary hai. isake bad hi atma sam-avastha mean ata hai. yahi ashtaang-ath aango vala yog hai. chhathe adhyay mean jo yog hai, usaka mukhy uddeshy brahm ki prapti nahian, vaikunth ki prapti bhi usaka mukhy uddeshy nahian usaka mukhy uddeshy hai jivan ko bilakul thik dasha mean le ana. yah sthit-prajn ka varnan hai, jivanmukti ke sukh ka varnan hai. sthitaprajn isi jivan mean hota hai, marane ke bad nahian hota. baharavean adhyay ka bhakt isi jivan mean hota hai. chaudahave adhyay ka gunajit isi jivan mean hota hai vahi sthit prajn hone ke lie, vahi bhakt hone ke lie, vahi gunatit hone ke lie sadhan roop mean yahaan yogabhyas ka varnan hai. |
