karm pradhan jivan hai yuva ka aur shanti pradhan jivan hai vriddh ka. ap karm kijie, parantu yadi ap vriddh haian to ap mean shanti adhik honi chahie aur yuva haian to apamean shanti sahit karm adhik hona chahie. yadi jivan ko buddhi poorvak nahian vyatit kiya jayega to vah maran ke saman ho jayega. yogaroodhasy tasyaiv shamah karanamuchyate. isamean jo ‘yogaroodh’ shabd hai, yah lok mean parichit nahian hai. ratharoodh, ashvaroodh adi shabd to parichit haian. ab dekhie ki yogaroodh kisako kahate haian.
