kisi ka mal ya kisi ka haq h dapana astey hai aur avashyakata se adhik sangrah n karana aparigrah hai. adhik sangrah man ko vikshipt kar deta hai. upane haq ki vastu bhi avashyakata se adhik sangrahit karana parigrah aur n karana aparigrah hai. yog ki bat ap janate hi haian. ye paanch yam samaj ke sath bartav karane ke lie haian aur apane lie paanch niyam haian. pavitrata ke niyam, tapasya ke niyam, svadhyay ke niyam, santosh ke niyam aur eeshvar-pranidhan athava eeshvar-chintan ke niyam- ye paanchoan niyam manushy ke jivan mean hone chahie. yam aur niyam yog anivary aang hai. ab aur bhitar chalie. sharir, pran aur indriy- in tinoan ki shuddhi ke lie tin sadhan haian sharir ke lie asan, pran ke lie pranayam aur indriyoan ke lie pratyahar. yam bahirang hai, samaj mean hai. niyam apane jivan mean hai. asan apane sharir mean hai. pranayam pran mean aur pratyahar indriyoan mean hai. ab usase bhi antarang dekho. phaile hue desh mean man ko sametana dharana hai. kal mean phaile hue man ko sametana dhyan hai aur vastuoan mean phaile hue man ko sametana samadhi hai. in sabaka kram hota hai. sabake sambandh mean samajhadari hoti hai. ajnakari log doosare hote haian, samajhadar log doosare hote haian. unaka bhi star hota hai. jo har bat ko samajh lena chahate haian, unaki sthiti alag hoti hai. ap kya koee vyapar karate hai to bina samajhe–boojhe kar lete haian? phir yogabhyas bina samajhe–boojhe kaise kar leange? buddhi ka tiraskar karake to kuchh bhi nahian ho sakata-
