gita adhyay-4 shlok-2 / Gita Chapter-4 Verse-2 evan paramparapraptamiman rajarshayo vidu: . s kaleneh mahata yogo nasht: parantap ॥2॥ he arjun! is prakar parampara se prapt is yog ko rajarshiyoan ne jana; kiantu usake bad vah yog bahut kal se is prithvi lok mean lupt pray ho gaya ॥2॥ Arjuna , This supreme science was thus received through the chain of disciplic succession, and the saintly kings understood it in that way. But in course of time the succession was broken, and therefore the science as it is appears to be lost.(2) evamh = is prakar; parampara praptamh = parampara se prapt hue; imamh =is (yog) ko; rajarshay: =rajarshiyoan ne; vidu: = jana (parantu); parantap = he arjun; s: = vah; yog: = yog; mahata = bahut; kalen = kal se; ih = is (prithvi) lok mean; nasht: = lop (pray:) ho gaya tha.
