yatidharm ka niroopan aur avadhoot-prahlad-sanvad

narad ji kahate haian- dharmaraj! yadi vanaprasthi mean brahmavichar ka samarthy ho, to sharir ke atirikt aur sab kuchh chho dakar vah sannyas le le; tatha kisi bhi vyakti, vastu, sthan aur samay ki apeksha n rakhakar ek gaanv mean ek hi rat thaharane ka niyam lekar prithvi par vicharan kare. yadi vah vastr pahane to keval kaupin, jisase usake gupt aang dhak jayean aur jab tak koee apatti n ave, tab tak dand tatha apane ashram ke chihnoan ke siva apani tyagi huee kisi bhi vastu ko grahan n kare.

sannyasi ko chahiye ki vah samast praniyoan ka hitaishi ho, shant rahe, bhagavatparayan rahe aur kisi ka ashray n lekar apane-ap mean hi rame evan akela hi vichare. is sampoorn vishv ko kary aur karan se atit paramatma mean adhyast jane aur kary-karanasvaroop is jagath mean brahmasvaroop apane atma ko paripoorn dekhe. atmadarshi sannyasi sushupti aur jagaran ki sandhi mean apane apane svaroop ka anubhav kare aur bandhan tatha moksh donoan hi keval maya hai, vastutah kuchh nahian-aisa samajhe. n to sharir ki avashy hone vali mrityu ka abhinandan kare aur n anishchit jivan ka. keval samast praniyoan ki utpatti aur nash ke karan kal ki pratiksha karata rahe. asaty- anatm vastu ka pratipadan karane vale shastroan se priti n kare. apane jivan-nirvah ke liye koee jivika n kare, keval vad-vivad ke liye koee tark n kare aur sansar mean kisi ka paksh n le. shishy-mandali n jutave, bahut-se granthoan ka abhyas n kare, vyakhyan n de aur b de-b de kamoan ka arambh n kare. shant, samadarshi evan mahatma sannyasi ke liye kisi ashram ka bandhan dharm ka karan nahian hai. vah apane ashram ke chihnoan ko dharan kare, chahe chho d de. usake pas koee ashram ka chihn n ho, parantu vah atmanusandhan mean magn ho. ho to atyant vicharashil, parantu jan p de pagal aur balak ki tarah. vah atyant pratibhashil hone par bhi sadharan manushyoan ki drishti se aisa jan p de mano koee gooanga hai.

yudhishthir! is vishay mean mahatma log ek prachin itihas ka varnan karate haian. vah hai dattatrey muni aur bhaktaraj prahlad ka sanvad. ek bar bhagavanh ke param premi prahlad ji kuchh mantriyoan ke sath logoan ke hriday ki bat janane ki ichchha se lokoan mean vicharan kar rahe the. unhoanne dekha ki sahy parvat ki talahati mean kaveri nadi ke tat par prithvi par hi ek muni p de hue haian. unake sharir ki nirmal jyoti aangoan ke dhooli-dhoosarit hone ke karan dhaki huee thi. unake karm, akar, vani aur varn-ashram adi ke chihnoan se log yah nahian samajh sakate the ki ve koee siddh purush haian ya nahian. bhagavanh ke param premi bhakt prahlad ji ne apane sir se unake charanoan ka sparsh karake pranam kiya aur vidhipoorvak unaki pooja karake janane ki ichchha se yah prashn kiya- ‘bhagavanh! apaka sharir udyogi aur bhogi purushoan ke saman hasht-pusht hai. sansar ka yah niyam hai ki udyog karane valoan ko dhan milata hai, dhan valoan ko hi bhog prapt hota hai aur bhogiyoan ka hi sharir hrasht-pusht hota hai aur koee doosara karan to ho nahian sakata.
