char prakar ke pralay

shrishukadev ji kahate haian- parikshit! (tisare skandh mean) paramanu se lekar dviparardh paryant kal ka svaroop aur ek-ek yug kitane-kitane varshoan ka hota hai, yah maian tumhean batala chuka hooan. ab tum kalp ki sthiti aur usake pralay ka varnan bhi suno.

rajanh! ek hajar chaturyugi ka brahma ka ek din hota hai. ek kalp mean chaudah manu hote haian. kalp ke ant mean utane hi samay tak pralay bhi rahata hai. pralay ko hi brahma ki rat bhi kahate haian. us samay ye tinoan lok lin ho jate haian, unaka pralay ho jata hai. isaka nam naimittik pralay hai. is pralay ke avasar par sare vishv ko apane andar sametakar-lin kar brahma aur tatpashchath sheshashayi bhagavan narayan bhi shayan kar jate haian. is prakar rat ke bad din aur din ke bad rat hote-hote jab brahma ji ki apane man se sau varsh ki aur manushyoan ki drishti mean do pararddh ki ayu samapt ho jati hai, tab mahattattv, ahankar aur panchatanmatra-ye satoan prakritiyaan apane karan mool prakriti mean lin ho jati haian. rajanh! isi ka nam prakritik pralay hai. is pralay mean pralay ka karan upasthit hone par panchabhootoan ke mishran se bana hua brahman apana sthoolaroop chho dakar karanaroop mean sthit ho jata hai, ghul-mil jata hai.

parikshit! pralay ka samay ane par sau varshoan tak megh prithvi par varsha nahian karate. kisi ko ann nahian milata. us samay praja bhookh-pyas se vyakul hokar ek-doosare ko khane lagati hai. is prakar kal ke upadrav se pi dit hokar dhire-dhire sari praja kshin ho jati hai. pralayakalin saanvartak soory apani prachand kiranoan se samudr, praniyoan ke sharir aur prithvi ka sara ras khianch-khianchakar sokh jate haian aur phir unhean sada ki bhaanti prithvi par barasate nahian. us samay sankarshan bhagavan ke mukh se pralayakalin sanvartak agni prakat hoti hai. vayu ke veg se vah aur bhi badh jati hai aur tal-atal adi satoan niche ke lokoan ko bhasm kar deti hai. vahaan ke prani to pahale hi mar chuke hote haian, niche se ag ki lapatean aur oopar se soory ki prachand garami! us samay oopar-niche, charoan or yah brahmand jalane lagata hai aur aisa jan p data hai, mano gobar ka upala jalakar aangare ke roop mean dahak raha ho.

isake bad pralayakalin atyant prachand saanvartan vayu saik doan varshoan tak chalati rahati hai. us samay ka akash dhuean aur dhool se to bhara hi rahata hai, usake bad asankhy rang-birangean badal akash mean mandarane lagate haian aur b di bhayankarata ke sath garaj-garajakar saik doan varshoan tak varsha karate rahate haian. us samay brahmand ke bhitar sara sansar ek samudr ho jata hai, sab kuchh jalamagn ho jata hai. is prakar jab jal-pralay ho jata hai, tab jal prithvi ke vishesh gun gandh ko gras leta hai-apane mean lin kar leta hai. gandh gun ke jal mean lin ho jane par prithvi ka pralay ho jata hai, vah jal mean ghul-milakar jalaroop ban jati hai.
