laukik tatha paralaukik bhogoan ki asarata ka niroopan

bhagavan shrikrishn kahate haian- 'pyare uddhav! sadhak ko chahiye ki sab tarah se meri sharan mean rahakar (gita-pancharatr adi mean) mere dvara upadisht apane dharmoan ka savadhani se palan kare. sath hi jahaan tak unase virodh n ho ,vahaan tak nishkam bhav se apane varn, ashram aur kul ke anusar sadachar ka bhi anushthan kare. nishkam hone ka upay yah hai ki svadharmoan ka palan karane se shuddh hue apane chitt mean yah vichar kare ki jagath ke vishayi prani shabd, sparsh, roop adi vishayoan ko saty samajhakar unaki prapti ke liye jo prayatn karate haian, usamean unaka uddeshy to yah hota hai ki sukh mile, parantu milata hai duahkh, isake sambandh mean aisa vichar karana chahiye ki svapnavastha mean aur manorath karate samay jagrath-avastha mean bhi manushy man-hi-man anekoan prakar ke vishayoan ka anubhav karata hai, parantu usaki vah sari kalpana vastushoony hone ke karan vyarth hai. vaise hi indriyoan ke dvara hone vali bhed buddhi bhi vyarth hi hai, kyoanki yah bhi indriyajany aur nana vastu vishayak hone ke karan poorvavath asaty hi hai.

jo purush meri sharan mean hai, use antarmukh karane vale nishkam athava nityakarm hi karane chahiye. un karmoan ka bilakul parityag kar dena chahiye jo bahirmukh banane vale athava sakam hoan. jab atmajnan ki utkat ichchha jag uthe, tab to karmasambandhi vidhi-vidhanoan ka bhi adar nahian karana chahiye. ahiansa adi yamoan ka to adarapoorvak sevan karana chahiye, parantu shauch (pavitrata) adi niyamoan ka palan shakti ke anusar aur atmajnan ke virodhi n hone par hi karana chahiye. jijnasu purush ke liye yam aur niyamoan ke palan se bhi badhakar avashyak bat yah hai ki vah apane guru ki, jo mere svaroop ko janane vale aur shant hoan, mera hi svaroop samajhakar seva kare. shishy ko abhiman n karana chahiye. vah kabhi kisi se dah n kare-kisi ka bura n soche. vah pratyek kary mean kushal ho-use alasy chhoo n jaye. use kahian bhi mamata n ho, guru ke charanoan mean dridh anurag ho. koee kam h dab dakar n kare-use savadhani se poora kare. sada paramarth ke sambandh mean jnan prapt karane ki ichchha banaye rakhe. kisi ke gunoan mean dosh n nikale aur vyarth ki bat n kare. jijnasu ka param dhan hai atma; isaliye vah stri-putr, ghar-khet, svajan aur dhan adi sampoorn padarthoan mean ek sam atma ko dekhe aur kisi mean kuchh visheshata ka arop karake usase mamata n kare, udasin rahe.

uddhav! jaise jalane vali lak di se use jalane aur prakashit karane vali ag sarvatha alag hai. thik vaise hi vichar karane par jan p data hai ki panchabhootoan ka bana sthool sharir aur man-buddhi adi satrah tattvoan ka bana sookshm sharir donoan hi drishy aur j d haian tatha unako janane aur prakashit karane vala atma sakshi evan svayan prakash hai. sharir anity, anek evan j d hai. atma nity, ek evan chetan hai. is prakar deh ki apeksha atma mean mahanh vilakshanata hai. atev deh se atma bhinn hai.
