is prakar acharan karane vala brahmachari, vanaprasth, sannyasi athava grihasth vijnan sampann hokar parabrahmatattv ka anubhav prapt kar leta hai.

ab maian rrishiyoan ke matanusar vanaprasth-ashram ke niyam batalata hooan. inaka acharan karane se vanaprasth-ashrami ko anayas hi rrishiyoan ke lok maharlok ki prapti ho jati hai.

vanaprasth-ashrami ko joti huee bhoomi mean utpann hone vale chaval, geanhooan adi ann nahian khane chahiye. bina jote paida hua ann bhi yadi asamay mean paka ho, to use bhi n khana chahiye. ag se pakaya hua ya kachcha ann bhi n khaye. keval soory ke tap se pake hue kand, mool, phal adi ka hi sevan kare. jangaloan mean apane-ap paida hue dhanyoan se nity-naimittik charu aur purodash ka havan kare. jab naye-naye ann, phal, phool adi milane lagean, tab pahale se ikatthe kiye hue ann ka parityag kar de. agnihotr ke agni ki raksha ke liye hi ghar, parnakuti athava paha d ki gupha ka ashray le. svayan shit, vayu, agni, varsha aur gham ko sahan kare. sir par jata dharan kare aur kesh, rom, nakh evan dadhi-mooanchh n katavaye tatha mail ko bhi sharir se alag n kare. kamandalu, mrigacharm, dand, valkal-vastr aur agnihotr ki samagriyoan ko apane pas rakhe.

vicharavanh purush ko chahiye ki barah, ath, char, do ya ek varsh tak vanaprasth-ashram ke niyanoan ka palan kare. dhyan rahe ki kahian adhik tapasya ka klesh sahan karane se buddhi big d n jaye. vanaprasthi purush jab rog athava budhape ke karan apane karm poore n kar sake aur vedant-vichar karane ki bhi samarthy n rahe, tab use anashan adi vrat karane chahiye. anashan ke poorv hi vah apane ahvaniy adi agniyoan ko apani atma mean lin kar le. ‘maianpan’ aur ‘merepan’ ka tyag karake sharir ko usake karanabhoot tattvoan mean yatha yogy bhalibhaanti lin kare.

manorathoan ke sath man ko chandrama mean, samajh mean ane vale padarthoan ke sahit buddhi ko brahma mean tatha ahanta aur mamataroop kriya karane vale ahankar ko usake karmoan ke sath rudr mean lin kar de. isi prakar chetana-sahit chitt ko kshetrajn (jiv) mean aur gunoan ke karan vikari-se pratit hone vale jiv ko parabrahm mean lin kar de. sath hi prithvi ka jal mean, jal ka agni mean, agni ka vayu mean, vayu ka akash mean, akash ka ahankar mean, ahankar ka mahattattv mean, mahattattv ka avyakt mean aur avyakt ka avinashi paramatma mean lay kar de. is prakar avinashi paramatma ke roop mean avashisht jo chidvastu hai, vah atma hai, vah maian hooan-yah janakar advitiy bhav mean sthit ho jaye. jaise apane ashray kashthadi ke bhasm ho jane par agni shant hokar apane svaroop mean sthit ho jata hai, vaise hi vah bhi uparat ho jaye.

  1. yahaan mool mean ‘prachetasa’ pad hai, jisaka arth ‘varun ke sahit’ hota hai. varun rasanendriy ke adhishthata haian. shridhar-svami ne bhi isi mat ko svikar kiya hai. parantu is prasang mean sarvatr indriy aur usake vishay ka adhishthatridev mean lay karana bataya gaya hai, phir rasanendriy ke liye hi naya kram yuktiyukt nahian janchata. isaliye yahaan shrivishvanath chakravarti ke matanusar ‘prachetasa’ pad ka (‘prakrishtan cheto yatr s pracheto madhuradirasasten’-jisaki or chitt adhik akrisht ho, vah madhuradi ras ‘prachetas’ hai, usake sahit) is vigrah ke anusar prastut arth kiya gaya hai aur yahi yuktiyukt maloom hota hai.
