9. gita mean ahari ka varnan
rajas bhojan nyayayukt aur sachchi kamaee ka hone par bhi tatkal to bhojan ka hi asar hoga arthath pet mean jalan adi hoange. karan ki bhojy padarthoan ka sharir ke sath jyada sanbandh hota hai. parantu bhojan sachchi kamaee ka hone se parinam mean vrittiyaan achchhi baneangi aur rajasi vrittiyaan jyada der nahian thahareangi. vrittiyoan mean shok, chianta adi ki tivrata nahian rahegi, shaanti rahegi. tamas bhojan sachchi kamaee ka hone par bhi tamasi vrittiyaan to baneangi hi. haan, sachchi kamaee ka hone se tamasi vrittiyoan ka sthayitv nahian rahega, kabhi-kabhi sattvik vrittiyaan bhi a jaeangi. sattvik manushy mean vivek jagrat rahata hai; atah vah pahale bhojan ke parinam ko dekhata hai arthath usaki drishti pahale parinam ki taraph hi jati hai. isalie sattvik ahar mean pahale phal (parinam-) ka aur pichhe bhojan ke padarthoan ka varnan hua hai.[1] rajas manushy mean rag rahata hai, bhojy padarthoan ki asakti rahati hai; atah usaki drishti pahale bhojan ke padarthoan ki taraph hi jati hai. isalie rajas ahar mean pahale bhojy padarthoan ka aur pichhe phal- (parinam-) ka varnan hua hai.[2] tamas manushy mean moh- moodhata rahati hai; atah vah mohapoorvak hi bhojan karata hai. isalie tamas ahar mean keval tamas padarthoan ka hi varnan aya hai phal- (parinam-) ka varnan aya hi nahian.[3] kisi bhi varn, ashram, sanpraday ka manushy kyoan n ho, agar vah paramarthik marg mean lagega, sadhan karega to usaki ruchi (priyata) svabhavik hi sattvik ahar mean hogi, rajas tamas ahar mean nahian. sattvik ahar karane se vrittiyaan sattvik banati haian aur sattvik vrittiyoan se sattvik ahar mean priyata hoti hai. karmayogi mean nishkamabhav ki, jnanayogi mean vivekapoorvak tyag ki aur bhaktiyogi mean bhagavadbhav ki mukhyata rahati hai. unake samane bhojan ke padarth ane par bhi un padarthoan mean unaka khianchav, priyata paida nahian hoti. jaise, karmayogi ke samane bhojan a jae to usamean sukh evan bhog buddhi n rahane se vah ragapoorvak bhojan nahian karata; atah bhojan mean sattvikata ki kami rahane par bhi nishkamabhav hone se bhojan mean saangopaang sattvikata a jati hai. jnanayogi sanpoorn padarthoan se vivekapoorvak sanbandh-vichchhed karata hai; atah bhojy padarthoan se sanbandh n rahane ke karan vah jo bhojan karata hai, vah sattvik ho jata hai. bhaktiyogi bhojy padarthoan ko pahale bhagavanh ke arpan karake phir unako prasadaroop se grahan karata hai, atah vah bhojan sattvik ho jata hai. |
