11. gita mean bhagavanh ki nyayakarita aur dayaluta
jahaan nyay kiya jata hai, vahaan daya nahian ho sakati aur jahaan daya ki jati hai, vahaan nyay nahian ho sakata. karan ki jahaan nyay kiya jata hai, vahaan shubh-ashubh karmoan ke anusar puraskar athava dand diya jata hai; aur jahaan daya ki jati hai, vahaan doshi ke aparadh ko maph kar diya jata hai, usako dand nahian diya jata hai. tatpary hai ki nyay karana aur daya karana- ye donoan apas mean virodhi haian. ye donoan ek jagah rah nahian sakate. jab aisi hi bat hai to phir bhagavanh mean nyayakarita aur dayaluta- donoan kaise ho sakate haian? parantu yah a dachan vahaan ati hai, jahaan kanoon (vidhan) banane vala nirdayi ho. jo dayalu ho, usake banaye gaye kanoon mean nyay aur daya- donoan rahate haian. usake dvara kie gaye nyay bhi dayaluta rahati hai aur usake dvara ki gayi daya mean bhi nyayakarita rahati hai. bhagavanh sanpoorn praniyoan ke suhridh haian- ‘suhridan sarvabhootanamh’ [1] atah unake banaye hue vidhan mean dayaluta aur nyayakarita- donoan rahati haian. bhagavanh ne gita mean kaha hai ki manushy aant samay mean jis-jis bhav ka smaran karata hua sharir chho data hai, vah us bhav ko prapt hota hai arthath aantim smaran ke anusar hi usaki gati hoti hai.[2] yah bhagavanh ka nyay hai, jisamean koee pakshapat nahian hai. is nyay mean bhi bhagavanh ki daya bhari huee hai. jaise, aant samay mean agar koee kutte ka smaran karata hua sharir chho data hai to vah kukte ki yoni ko prapt ho jata hai agar koee bhagavanh ka smaran karata hua sharir chho data hai to vah bhagavanh ko prapt ho jata hai. tatpary hai ki jitane mooly mean kutte ki yoni milati hai, utane hi mooly mean bhagavanh ki prapti ho jati hai! is prakar bhagavanh ke kanoon mean nyayakarita hote hue bhi mahati dayaluta bhari huee hai. |
