ahan vaishvanaro bhootva praninaan dehamashritah . arth- praniyoan ke sharir mean rahane vala maian pran-apana se yukt vaishvanar hokar char prakar ke ann ko pachata hooan. vyakhya- ‘ahan vaishvanaro bhootva praninaan dehamashritah’- barahavean shlok mean agni ki prakashak-shakti mean apane prabhav ka varnan karane ke bad bhagavan is shlok mean vaishvanaroop agni ki pachan shakti mean apane prabhav ka varnan karate haian.[1] tatpary yah hai ki agni ke donoan hi kary (prakash karana aur pachana) bhagavan ki hi shakti se hote haian. praniyoan ke sharir ko pusht karane tatha unake pranoan ki raksha karane ke lie bhagavan hi vaishvanar (jatharagni) ke roop se un praniyoan ke sharir mean rahate haian. manushyoan ki tarah lata, [[vriksh] adi sthavar aur pashu, pakshi adi jangam praniyoan mean bhi vaishvanar ki pachan shakti kam karati hai. lata, vriksh adi jo khady, jal grahan karate haian, pachan-shakti ke dvara usaka pachan hone ke phalasvaroop hi un lata-vrikshadi ki vriddhi hoti hai. ‘pranapanasamayuktah’- sharir mean pran, apan, saman, udan aur vyan- ye paanch pradhan vayu evan nag, koorm, krikar, devadatt aur dhananjay- ye paanch upapradhan vayu rahati hai.[2] is shlok mean bhagavan do pradhan vayu- pran aur apan ka hi varnan karate haian; kyoanki ye donoan vayu jatharagni ko pradipt karati haian. jatharagni se pache hue bhojan ke sookshm aansh ya ras ko sharir ke pratyek aang mean pahuanchane ka sookshm kary bhi mukhyatah pran aur apan vayu ka hi hai. ‘pachamyannan chaturvidhamh’- prani char prakar ke ann ka bhojan karate haian-
ann ke uparyukt char prakaroan mean bhi ek-ek ke anek bhed haian. bhagavan kahate haian ki un charoan prakar ke annoan ko vaishvanar (jatharagni) roop se maian hi pachata hooan. ann ka aisa koee aansh nahian hai, jo meri shakti ke bina pach sake. sanbandh- pichhe ke tin shlokoan mean apani prabhavayukt vibhootiyoan ka varnan karake ab us vishay ka upasanhar karate hue bhagavan sab prakar ke janane yogy tattv svayan ko batate haian. |

‘jo yah purush ke bhitar agni hai, yah vaishvanar hai, jisase yah ann jo bhakshan kiya jata hai, pachaya jata hai.’ - ↑ in dasoan pranavayu ke bhinn-bhinn kary is prakar hai-
1. pran- isaka nivas-sthan hriday hai. isake karyan- shvas ko bahar nikalana, khaye hue ann ko pachana ityadi.
2.apan- isaka nivas-sthan guda hai. isake kary haian- shvas ko bhitar le jana, mal-mootr ko bahar nikalana, garbh ko bahar nikalana ityadi.
3.saman- isaka nivas-sthan nabhi haian. isaka kary hai- pache hue bhojan ke ras ko sab aangoan mean baantana.
4.udan- isaka nivas sthan kanth hai. jab bhojan karate haian, tab usake gadhe bhag aur jal-bhag ko yah alag-alag karata hai. sookshmasharir ko sthool sharir se bahar nikalana tatha use doosare sharir ya lok mean le jana bhi isi ka kary hai.
5.byan- isaka nivas-sthan sanpoorn sharir hai. isaka kary hai- sharir tatha usake aangoan ko siko dana ya phailana.
6.nag- isaka kary hai- dakar lena.
7.koorm- isaka kary hai- netroan ko kholana aur band karana.
8.kookar- isaka kary hai- chhiankana.
9.devadatt- isaka kary hai- jamhaee lena.
10.dhananjay- yah mrityu ke bad bhi shariroan mean rahata hai, jisase mritasharir phool jaya karata hai. vastav mean ek hi pranavayu ke bhinn-bhinn karyoan ke anusar uparyukt bhed mane ge haian.
